- Education system in our college. Hardworking teachers
- College infrastructure is also good. We get liabrary facilities also
- The management of college is good. They conduct exams on regular basic
Dislikes
- The study pressure which we experience in this course
- There is not so good patient flow to its hospital
- The other facilities in the college like games etc are not happening
Placement Experience:
After the degree we have to do a compulsory internship of one year in which we get the salary of ,12 thousand. After completing the internship we can do the residency at our hospital at the pay of 40-50 thousand with the acomditaion

- The administration of the college is on the better side than the previous one.
- Campus area is sort of large, allowing one to roam freely and inhale the aesthetics of college.
- The faculty is very experienced and aces of their respective fields.
Dislikes
- The hostel requires more furnishing and improvement.
- The nursing and paramedical staff require more conditioning.
- The college can use more lab and practical framework.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The MBBS curriculum is structured to provide an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical practices. The inclusion of subjects like community medicine influenced my decision as it connects theory with societal healthcare needs.
Clinical rotations offer exposure to patient care. These experiences bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application.
Exams include internal assessments and final university exams. The difficulty level is moderate to high.

- The teaching style and the organization of the first year academics.
- The PG selection ratio in the college is high above the other colleges of the state .
- The affordability over other private colleges. Being a private college the fee charges are still less than expected
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is not upto the mark .
- The college does discriminate on basis of your identity.
- Some kind of nepotism also exists and that messes up the environment
Course Curriculum Overview:
Yes it's pretty relevant they follow the new CBME issued by the NMC and it's in line with the PG syallabus and entrance exams as well .
What they could change though is the teaching methods and how to be more interactive with students

- Teaching using ppt is not good it's better to make things understand better by explaining in simple.language
Course Curriculum Overview:
I Chose MBBS by my choice
The more the practical and clinicals u perform the better u understand things rather than books . Real life experience is important
I think what should be improved is that focus should be more on things that are more important for being a doctor. More towards clinical aspects more towards practical performance and less on things needed to cram
Timing for exam of 80 mark is 3 hrs and is quite good enough time. 20 marks are of mcqs so total 100 mark.

- Ample opportunity to gain practical skills
- Every department has separate library and demonstration halls
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is old and is not being renovated
- The flow of patient is relatively less than those of government hospitals
- There is not much to enjoy in terms of fests
Placement Experience:
After completion of the degree one can give the post graduation examination or can work as a junior resident in any government or private institute and can expect a salary package of 12lakhs per annum

Admission:
You just have to appear for the neet examination. And once you get selected you ll be able get an admission in the college. The syllabus for neet xam is class 11 and 12. One should be able to score above 500 out of 720.

Remarks:
Postive - our college provides the best faculty and educators. The best learning experience and learning facility is jammu is from our college
Negative - there is less patient load than govt hospital and sporting facilities are also less.

Entrance Preview:
JKCET, I appeared for JKCET-2010 and got selected in ASCOMS Jammu through counselling. I live in Srinagar so it was a tough call to go away from home for studies.
