AILET 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Before filling the AILET 2027 application form, confirm that you meet the eligibility conditions set by NLU Delhi. Different requirements apply for the BA LLB and LLM programmes.

For BA LLB (Hons.):

• You must have passed or be appearing in Class 12 (10+2) from any recognised board.
• General and OBC students need at least 45% aggregate marks in Class 12.
• SC, ST and PWD students need a minimum of 40% aggregate in Class 12.
• There is no upper age limit as per recent NLU Delhi guidelines.

For LLM:

• You must hold an LLB or equivalent degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 55% marks in the LLB programme are required.

How to Fill AILET 2027 Application Form

2. Register a new account — Click on new registration or sign up. Enter your full name, valid email ID and mobile number. Verify your account using the OTP or activation link sent to your registered email.
3. Log in and fill personal details — Use your credentials to log in. Enter your name, date of birth, gender, nationality and category (General, OBC, SC, ST or PWD).
4. Enter academic details — Fill in your Class 12 board name, year of passing or appearing, subjects studied and percentage secured. LLM applicants must enter their LLB programme details.
5. Select programme and exam city — Choose BA LLB (Hons.) or LLM and pick your preferred exam city from the list available on the portal.
6. Upload photograph and signature — Scan and upload a recent passport-size photograph and your signature in the required format and file size (see Documents Required section below).
