Cornell University Housing: Application Process
The application process for Cornell University dorms will open in late March or early April 2024. Students taking admission to Cornell University can login to the housing portal of Cornell and apply for the accommodations.
- New students are required to apply to the residence halls by May 18, 2024 via the Cornell housing portal.
- For upper level students, general room selection process opened application intake from January 18, 2024 to February 28, 2024 (now closed)
- For graduate and professional students, applications opened from February 20, 2024
There is no application fee for Cornell University housing. While applying for accommodation, students get an option to choose and rank their preferred room. Students must note that program houses may charge additional program fees for the events and activities on campus. Students are advised to wait until receiving the housing assignment before moving to USA.
