- The Campus is very big and the infrastructure is really amazing.
- The professors are very experienced and friendly with the students.
- The campus has police officers almost for every mile and every student feels very secured.
Dislikes
- Since, the campus is very long it takes a lot of time to walk from one building to another.
- The cold weather and snow makes us vulnerable to walk on campus.
- The crimes and gun shooting is a concern which takes place at least once or twice in a month.
- I opted for an accommodation outside the camps. I felt the campus dorms are comparatively costly compared to the off campus dorms. The off campus accommodation is quite cheap if you take a flat with 4 or 5 of your friends.
- I have a taken a flat with 5 of my friends which costs me around 360 USD per month for my rent. My monthly expenses for my accommodation would be around 400 USD per month.

- Large in count of students for few subjects
- There are lots of apps to find accommodation; apps that helped me are Zillow, Apartment Finder, and Craigslist. You can also join student-specific groups on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram. I connected directly with the landlords; it helped me save the brokerage cost to the agent.
- My rent was around $300 per month for a shared apartment with basic facilities and Wi-Fi at an additional cost. If you are looking for a one-bedroom apartment, then the rent may range from $600-$900. Some apartments offered amenities like a gym, laundry, and parking. It can be difficult to find accommodation due to various reasons, some of which are high competition, long lease terms, language barriers with the landlord and many rental scams. To avoid such issues, I recommend starting with your house hunt before arriving here. Use student groups for genuine leads and talk to the landlord before making payment.
- My apartment was about 15-20 minutes from the university by public transport. Many Indian students prefer areas like Clifton and Corryville, which are close to campus, or Oakley and Mount Adams, which are slightly farther but more affordable. These areas are well-connected by buses and have grocery stores, restaurants, and shops catering to international students.

- There are a lot of student organization clubs/ groups and so some or the other event is happening on campus every now and then. For eg. The Indian Student Association (ISA) hosts a lot of Indian festival events which don't make you feel as if you’re missing out.
- The campus is extremely beautiful and lively. It’s not too big nor too small and hence its easy to navigate and commute from one class to another.
- I love the faculty here (for the most part). If you take a professor that has a good rating before enrolling into classes it is very beneficial. They are super helpful and adjusting with regards to syllabus, exams, and leaves. They are also super helpful if you struggle with something in class.
Dislikes
- The weather at Cincinnati is very unpredictable. It can literally be sunny one day and rain heavily on the other and so you always have to check the weather before stepping out.
- Apart from the things that happen around campus, there isn’t a lot to do in Cincinnati. It has some very good restaurants and few other things that might interest you but they surely get over visited and eventually it doesn’t seem like there’s much to do.
- Since Cincinnati is an old city, most of the off-campus housing that is affordable is very old houses and the newer ones are comparatively at the higher end.
- For my 1st year I did on-campus accommodation. It was pretty decent. I was in the Calhoun hall, which doesn’t have very big rooms and a kitchen but since I had a meal plan it worked out.
- There residence halls with much bigger rooms and kitchen. It really depends on what you opt for. Since my second year onwards, I switched to off- campus housing because it is much cheaper.
- I found a house at a 15 mins walk distance from campus and live there with 2 other friends of mine.

- Career Fairs and Networking Events These events have not helped me land a job yet.
- Under Construction Campus is under construction
- Job Competition Landing On-Campus job is difficult
- On-campus housing is amazing at UC. Just the website provided by UC was enough for me. I also selected a person that I already knew so living here was easy. Rent for my on-campus housing was $1200 a month, which was an apartment. That is the maximum you could be paying. No security challenges were faced by me and the RAs were helpful too.
- This being an urban university, everything was near and accessible.

- I am bit disappointed at library usage
- I am also bit disappointed at Food
- I usually say job opportunities depend on what knowledge you have and what level of skills you have. But besides that, you will get more opportunities through this college by applying in Handshake. Most of the average salary would be 80k per annum. The highest salary I can't predict purely depends on skills and knowledge.

- For a CS major I feel the workload is heavy. Maybe I'm bad at managing my schedule but that's how it is.
- You have so many assignments and exams.
- I am not aware of the full-time job opportunities after graduation. But according to Google on average, I think it’s about $60,000 - $65,000 per annum. We have the career fair where many companies come and students can interact with the recruiters.

- It is a very good university for learning the things about which we want to enhance our knowledge. The university offers a wide range of clubs, organizations, and activities for students to get involved in, creating a rich and inclusive community. This university is offering career guide plan and conducts the mock interviews.

- Sometimes assignments are given heavily, and without proper guidance, we have to do them.Remaining, everything is fine. It's important to note that opinions and experiences can vary greatly from person to person, and what one person may view as a drawback, another might see as a strength.
Overall experience is good not bad. In some point of view, it is good like for developing skills, reviewing resumes, and preparing for interviews. For part times, it is some what difficult.

Likes
- I opted UC based on curriculum and scholarship I received. The curriculum is based on everyday learning.
- Campus is huge and people here are very friendly. UC has a modern and well-maintained campus with state-of-the-art facilities, including libraries, laboratories, and recreational centers. UC also has a large and active alumni network, which can be beneficial for networking and career opportunities for its graduates.
Dislikes
- Transport facilities are not upto mark with so many students using the college transport. UC is giving out admissions at an average of 300+ students per semester and mostly to Indians and we don't actually get the US class atmosphere
UC gives it best to students. Having very high intake for semester can sometimes makes classes crowded and not all students are on same plane.
