How to apply for On-campus Accommodation at Virginia Tech?
As per the university portal, the students should register or submit an accommodation query by the end of April every year for the coming intake, i.e., fall. The VT residence team connects with the students and answers the query.
Then the students can proceed to complete a Housing/Dining contract. For this contract, start by creating a VT username and password via onboard.it.vt.edu. After that, complete and electronically sign the housing/dining contract.

Virginia Tech Graduate On-Campus Accommodation
For Virginia Tech graduate students, there is one accommodation option on campus, Donaldson Brown. It is the new type of residence hall on campus, which is a hotel-style building.
It features private bathrooms, central air conditioning, and carpeted floors. The building has single and double rooms for students. The cost of accommodation here is higher than that of the undergraduate residence halls.
Housing at Donaldson Brown is offered to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. To be eligible, a student must be admitted by the Virginia Tech Graduate School and enrolled full-time.
