Likes

faculties are very good in teaching, mentors are very helpful
placement service or placement cell become very active in placement season such as june to december

Dislikes

you have to stay in contact regularly with placement if you are in final year
colllege do not provide internship , students has rely on themself

Placement Experience:

If polytechnic , you are eligible for campus placements in semester 5. In B.Tech , you are eligible for campus placements in 4th year. more than 5 + number of companies visited, placement 90% confirm. In polytechnic 2-5 lakhs package, depend on student performance , average package is 3 lakhs. 95% percentage of students got placements , and other has their father business to handle. Done polytechnic , currently studing B.Tech EE in DBUU.

Real reality of DEV BHOOMI UTTRAKHAND UNIVERSITY.

Likes

College fest and events are very enjoyable.
In my case, some of my faculties were really really good. They guided my through everything.

Dislikes

Poor management system in all the departments like examination cell, accounts and fee cell and many more except for admission cell.
Very poor website that didn't help the students at all. Always glitching and not working properly.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Not many good companies came for my course. Package was around 300000-450000 per annum. And for the position like fashion consultant. No designers came for placements, only in retail sector and merchandise sector. I'm my course highest package was around 500000/annum. My classmates we're hungry for jobs so they all got same job in the same company around 8 of them for 2.5lakhs/ annum. Because my plan is to work with a designer and in the designing industry and my college didn't provide me designer. I searched on my own a designer and currently doing internship under them. And my college also doesn't provide degree before 7-8 months. I don't know why. My friend who is currently doing MBA(2nd year) did BBA from my college, didn't get his degree till now.

Reality of DBUU by enginnering students.

Likes

College is too good if you want to study, college also arrange so much activity, if you intrested you can participate and win cash prizes.
Many teacher are well educated and in the research feild so you can learn many things regarding research. Many tecahers also qualified gate exam.

Dislikes

Washroom, infracture and location of college. Everthing is fine but tge college location is not good becuase road is too bad and college is in a village type area.
75% attendence is strictly to be followed if you don't then you will be debarted in exams. College is too strict in this type matter and also you should wear proper uniform if you don't then some time they don"t allow to enter in college.

Placement Experience:

7th sem of student are elgible for campus placement. They also provide internship opportunities. I didn't remember the name of the companies but companies that come in college is 4 to 5 for electical engineering average package they offer 4 to 5 lpa and highest is 35lpa. Number of offer made in ee is impressive almost every student get placment. My plan after the degree is preparing for government exam or job and side buisness. Overall placement is good.

Canteen and cafe inside the campus are well hygiene

Extra charges for fest and fines are imposed more

Final year or 5th _7th sem student get eligible for campus placement. Several top companies visit our campus for placement including Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, tata , McLeod, etc Highest package: 4000000 Average: 600000

Faculties are much supportive and are friendly and educational enthusiastic also

Dislikes

Infrastructure is a bit poor plus the management is also not so good of their name

Placement Experience:

Last year is much convenient to get placements. About 70-80% of students can highly get the placements. My plans are also to get a good campus placement from th college. Many companies come every semester for the placements as google, syngenta, HCL, eduhub, many other known companies those have high no and name in the business market.

I like the infrastructure of the college and management of the college
I like the teacher behaviour of my college

Dislikes

I don't like the hostel of our college and food of the hostel
I don't like some teachers or management staff

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placement from 7th semester. The highest package of my college is 50LPA. 80 percent of students are getting placement in our college. The company visit in our college like TATA, WIPRO, and so on.

The college staff and faculties are very helpful, they treat us like their child, the create a good environment in classroom
The college faculties so helpful that the counselling us with very kindness, and one of the most best thing in this college about mentors there like friends for us, the told us what to do, how to do, the creative positive energy in our soul

Dislikes

In this college There are so many college festivals, like Aagaz, pinak modelling show, but after the festival the college have scheduled our mid semester exam of class test it feels us boring.
Some of the time when you have to pay the college fees, you have to wait it for two or three hours in the line there are so many student standing in the line for hours, college have to think about this for their students and Family

Placement Experience:

In my college your eligible for campus placement in 3rd semester if you are doing b.tech agriculture then you are eligible for campus placement in 6th semester, In campus placement their are so many companies come in our college, like example Tata consultancy service, Bajaj, tech Mahindra, Wipro, HCL, Bank of Baroda, federal Bank of India, Adobe, Indian merchant navy, ambuja cement, LG electronics,LAVA, HP, Taj, Axis Bank, Reliance industries, byju's, swiggy, Just dial, Asian paint, muthoor finance, and many mores, In any department their 75% - 90% student getting placements with best package in our college In our college the highest placement package is 40 lakh in CTC After getting my degree I want to join Ray architecture because I read about themselves they are the best architectures companies in India I want to work with them for my experience and my job career

The campus environment is very Positive.It is surrounded by the hills which makes the campus more beautiful in the rainy season and the environment in the campus is also very nice,there is lot to learn from teachers,Seniors.

Dislikes

It is surrounded by the hills and situated in jungle..there are less means of transportation.students face lots of problem when they wants to go to the city and It is in the rural area so You have to go to the city for buying sonething

Placement Experience:

The university provides the Placement assistance for the final year students and help them to place in the best companies as per the students capabilities.The maximum package for MBA till date is 27 lakh grabbed by the Senior of mine.

Their is no ragging in our college it is ragging free
Very cooperative teachers and senior which help a lot

Dislikes

Condition of classroom , some classes are in preety bad shape
Computer labs need to be bit more upgrad and new system to install

From the 5 semester students becom elife for placement and college provide 80% placements in good companies like Google, Amazon, Uber, Bajaj etc highest package is arong 40-50 lakh per annum and aber package is 4-5 lakh per annum I will aim for a good placements by college but if I don't get it I will apply privetly for jobs
