Ain will teach you how to survive anywhere

Likes

The college is good and the faculty is nice.
The campus is small but enough to fit 250 students.
The course is difficult but it also encourages students to work hard

Dislikes

Teacher student ratio is less and senior teachers are less
The campus needs to move forward as the semester system is difficult for them
More internship and placement opportunities required

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester the person is eligible for campus placement.Name of the hospitals are Tata medical hospital,etc.27000 per month is the highest salary.My plans are to give NORCET and join msc in forensic science.

Likes

Library provides a lot of books for the students.
Fees were very affordable compared to other colleges
Posting in different hospitals helped a lot

Dislikes

Hostel rooms were not very comfortable and compacted
Availability of bus transportation for students
No open place or area for hostellers to spend their leisure time

Placement Experience:

For Campus placement students become eligible during the 3rd year of their course. Apollo hospitals came for the interview and more than 15 students were offered for placement. My plan is to get a work experience and go for further studies or to work abroad.

The college has many trees which are good for fresh air
It has many sports opportunities for students
The infrastructure of the college is good

Dislikes

The locality is very rural and things are not easily available
Transportation facilities are not good..
The hostel accomodation is not enough for all students It's conjusted.

MBBS is a course that everyone wants to do The curriculum provides enough practical aspects for treating a patient in real life More involvement of students There are 3 Internal Assessments, 1 summative assessment (Proff exams) and numerous Formative Assessments The difficulty is moderate

An overview of a govt medical college from the pic of a nerd

Likes

The faculties are well experienced and helpful.
The campus is surrounded by greenery and plants.
The campus is free from pollution and it's eco-friendly.

Dislikes

The transportation facilities are not so good.
The distance between campus and town is much.
There is no auditorium in the college which is a very disadvantage.

I do not know I have just arrived here, and if we talk about pg exams, I have no idea. I guess we can say that if the students study then they can clear it irrespective of which college they are part of.

The Tezpur Medical College

Likes

The faculty is really experienced , with an average experience of 6 years.
The campus is full of trees and plants of all kind.
I cannot forget about tpl , college week , saraswati Pooja .

Dislikes

There is not even a proper auditorium in our college.
There is not even a canteen in the campus.
It is a really remote area and the people often scam the outsiders.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well we all an related to mbbs but it is not really what is shown in the series. We have to go through the concepts mostly on our own . Professor come and read out the slide but that is it nothing more .

Tezpur medical College and hospital

Likes

The college campus is something that I actually likes
The faculty is so good and their teaching methods are also very good
The college is surrounded by nature and so many beautiful creatures

Dislikes

The bugs and snakes mainly in rainy season
The amount of patient flow is quite low.
The hostel rooms are not that good.they are very small

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible for campus placement.we get placement in our campus only.the average package is only 350000 Indian rupees only.Almost everyone gets placed in our college.To settle down

Faculties of our college are very cooperative.
Class room are quite big and infrastructure of class room are good
Our college promote digital learning so that we can gather knowledge form everywhere.

Dislikes

Location of our college is not so good because it is located in rural areas
The campus of our college is quite small.
Railway station and airport are not available.

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are allowed to treat patients on their own college for 1 year and they get a stipend of 33000 per month. After completing the course we have the do rural for 1 year then we are allowed to join any hospital.

The faculties are well experienced and helpful.
The campus is surrounded by nature which is very beautiful.
The hostel is present in campus which is helpful for security.

The campus is very far away from the town.
The transport facility is not good in nearby area.
In campus there is no facility of canteen.

After the completion of 5 year course of MBBS college itself provide the placement to every student. The highest package is about 40000 per month but the average package is about 33000 per month. About 99% students get their placement easily. I'm also thinking to get placement after completing my MBBS degree.

My Tezpur Medical College

My college and hostel is surrounded by a lot of trees so you get a fresh breath. A good way to lift your mood seeing nature.
The faculty here is really experienced with an average experience of 7 years
Well one cannot miss the tezpur premium league held every year in our college.

Dislikes

The lab equipment to student ration is low.
Our college is in a remote location . You have to travel approx 30 min by auto to go to town.
A proper auditorium is not there . The function are held in lecture halls.

On campus placements are there . We have to do our internship in tmch itself . After that one year of rural bond is compulsory . The stipned during internship is highest as compared to other state which is around 40k/month.

My expectations about college is very good, all things will go smoothly, everything is well maintained. Right now i think there is no need of improvement, but in future it may need for more facilities .
Our college campus was well maintain, all the senior and spent some free time over here. Social interaction and communication is good among themsunior

Course Curriculum Overview:

The most specific curriculum was, practical knowledge which are provided by college and posting on hospital duties.other extra curriculum also conduted like games sports, dance, writting purpose etc. All this activities give positive feedback to our mind. Sometimes we face some difficulties during posting and exams and class, but our faculties help us, support us.
