I always wanted to study medicine course so that influenced me to choose this course They trained us really hard during practical classes The lab room should be better as some chemicals are not available in the lab Rather than giving assignments each day the teachers can give us some rest days to go through our lessons The difficulty level is hard, the exam takes place mostly after 2 months of class for the first sessional and followed by 2nd sessional and then the final Semester

Obviously they teach to treat patients with diseases. Curriculum is based on standard practices, not any modern advancements. The ways of teaching could be enhanced by better infrastructure. The exam timings are not very bad.

The course of our college is veey good. If a student want to take any course in medical they can take it easily with the entrance exam taken from government with only 50% . If I talk about the area which can be improved then the timing of college have been improved.

This course is very good since it is a direct line for a career. The teachers held tests and examinations from which students can learn and get their mistakes. Exams are held weekly and monthly i.e sessional, terminal and yearly.

I chose b pharmacy and this is a professional course. This course deals with medicine. After b pharm course a student become a pharmacist and provide medicine to patients.This course also deals with pharmaceutical formulations.

The placements are good with decent packages in well known industries like Cipla, Dabur, Emami, Hetero etc. and if the students don't get the job then also they can studies further like Masters and pharmacy to get higher packages. The students can also get a registration number which can be used to open a pharmacy like retail or wholesale.

Pursue something on medical field made me make my mind to do Bachelor of Pharmacy. Though the world is developing but together the rate of health problems are also increasing tremendously and here pharmacists play a significant role . The area where this course can be improve is by increasing the practical knowledge rather than theory. We have two sessional and one semester exam in the time period of 6 months.

The MBBS curriculum is not CBME based education after the introduction of new NMC guidelines.This made the learning more practical based in order to deal with patients.This allows us to face the real life situations with the patients and it's further diagnosis of any diseases.Exams take place thrice every year while the year end exam is considered the main exam for passing a particular year.

The college is situated in the capital of the state. There are about five hundred students in the college. In our course we have eight semester. After eight semester student can work as a teacher for experience in the college. Every year they get some good opportunities. Some companies come to the college for placement and they also get job outside the inside of Assam

Medical science is one of the most interesting subjects for me to learn and that made me choose the course. As medical science is a very vast field and every day something new comes up so we have to be very updated about this field. It's not only a subject of science but also a subject of art. We have to deal with patients and their attendants so communication plays a very big role here. We are taught about ethics, behaviour and rights also in the course so that we can face the real world better. Improvements can be made in the practicals like bringing more equipment, specimens and instruments and there should be visual tests from time to time. Internal exams occur every 3 months and then final exams for every batch. I think the exam pattern is somewhat old-fashioned and some standard questions need to be introduced slowly.
