Faculty:
1. Faculty Members
Professors:- Typically, the highest - ranking faculty with a Ph.D and substanial research experience.
Associate and assistant professor- Mid- level and entry level academic postion. Assitant professor are usually in the early stages of their carriers, focusing on teaching and building their research profiles.
Lecture & Adjunct professors- Lectures often focus primarily on teching and may not be involoved in research activities.
2. Course Strucuture
Core Courses- These are mandatory courses that all students in a particular program and must take. They typically provide the foundational knowledge needed for a degree.
Seminars- Interactive courses where students participate in discussion or hands on projects. These are usually smaller and focused on aspecific area of study.
3. Examination System in our college
Semster Exams: Our colleges have a semseter system, with exams at the end of each term (typically 2 per academic year). These exams cover all topics taught during the semster and often contribute significantly to the final grade. 80% students who have passed the semster exams.
Assignments and Presentation- Contnious assement through assigments, Presentation and projects also forms part of the grading structure. These asses both theoretical understanding and practical application.
