- Admission to BA/B.Com and MA/M.Com external courses is open via the GCAS Portal. The deadline to fill out the online admission forms has been extended to Oct 19, 2024. The document verification will be held on November 11 – 20, 2024.
- The last date to apply for PhD admission at IITE through GCAS portal is extended till November 11, 2024. The last date for submission of documents and payment of fees can be done between November 7-15, 2024.

- IITE Gandhinagar has released the PhD Provisional Admission List on Nov 6, 2024. Click here to view the list. Shortlisted candidates must produce the Self-Declaration Certificate or No Objection Certificate from their present employer (for Part-Time PhD) before Nov 12 on the email ID (admission2024@iite.ac.in). Further, the online portal for fee payment will be open from Nov 13 to Nov 16, 2024.

IITE Gandhinagar Admissions
The admissions process for the B.Ed integrated courses is usually conducted during the months of May and June every year. The eligible candidates are required to undergo the Pre-Entry Test for Prospective Teachers (PTPT) and the shortlisted candidates must then appear for the Profession Entry Test (PET) both of which are conducted by the IITE.

- The admissions process for the M.Ed integrated courses is usually held in the month of June every year.
- Any student who has passed B.Sc/B.A. B.Ed or B.Sc/B.A. and B.Ed can be enrolled in the MA/M.Sc M.Ed (Integrated) Programme.
Research Program
The admissions process for the Fellowship program usually takes place during the month of June every year. The total intake is usually declared at the time of admissions. It is open to all Ph.D./M.Phil. Scholars of the University subject to the following eligibility criteria:
- The candidate must be admitted in full time (Regular) Ph.D./M.Phil.
- The candidate should not be receiving any grant or research assistance by whatever name called from any other source including UGC.
- The candidate should not be engaged in any part-time or full-time employment of any nature during the entire tenure of Fellowship.
- The candidate must be present full time at the university during the period of the fellowship.
IITE Gandhinagar Placements
During the academic year 2018-19, a total of 43 students graduated, 23 of whom pursued higher education while 8 were placed in various companies. The median salary for the year was INR 2,66,500.
- In the 2 year Programme a total of 40 students graduated and 8 were placed in various institutes. The median salary for the year 2018-19 was INR 228,000.
- In the 3 year Programme a total of 9 students graduated, 1 of whom pursued higher studies, while 5 were placed in various organizations.
- The median salary for the year was INR 1,92,000.
IITE Gandhinagar Facilities
- Library: The IITE Library is well equipped to meet all the research needs of its students. It contains over 8500 books and has access to over 1.5 lakh E-Books and E-Journals.
- Hostel: IITE offers its students Hostel facility, boys and girls separate, along with both Mess and Medical Consultation Services.
- Transport: IITE provides transportation facilities to the students from their hostel to University. Transportation facility is also provided to the students by the university to visit different places for project-based learning as a part of the curriculum.

- The main thing that I liked most atmosphere of college
- Faculties of Institute are very supportive and understable.

- There is nothing to disliked in this institution.
- But there is some strict rules. Like 90 percent attendance.
Admission:
Exam process is little critical as you have to do all the process online. And also there is entrence exam. If you get more than 60 percentage then you are able to do further process. After that you can select your preferences.

I haven't apply in the other colleges because im pretty sure about the confirmation of my admission in this college .i have given Entrance exam and i got admission in the same No rejection come from the college

- Loved the ict rooms ,it was something which we used to go and do many productive things in fy a lot.

- Structure is not so good ,it can be rennovated

There's one entrance exam, first you've to apply for it .and then there will be merit based on those marks and your 12th result.after that one merit will come out and it'll fill atmost 100 students per course

- Indian institute of teacher education gandhinagar is one the best special teachers university in gujrat. It is always help to teacher for new innovative ideas which improves teaching skills and reach to pre decided goals.
- Every year so many educational and innovative programs and projects organised by IITE.IITE also focuses on: 1. Teacher empowerment and capacity building 2. Curriculum design and development 3. Educational technology integration .
Dislikes
- All programs like Ba - bed , bsc - bed , ma - med , msc -med , bed -med offered in english medium only so may be it is not suitable for all students
- Sometime regular and 90% attendence make disturbance in doing job or income related issues
Admission:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with 50% marks is required to pursue BE.D. course. iite gandhinagar organizes an entrances exam every year in which a date is given to fill the online form and pay the fee then the date of the exam is given in which the cut off marks are decided after taking the exam in the area near the student and who gets admission in that college. One has to go to the place to take part in the counseling and one's admission is done according to one's category and subject.

- I like the attendance system of the college you have to thumb when you come to college and also when you leave.
- I like the sports department of college which provides me all the sports things.
Dislikes
- There is no hostel in the campus that is a disadvantage of campus
- The campus do not have the personal badminton court.

The admission process is simple . You have to clear the entrance exam of Indian institute of Teacher Education to take admission in it. The cut-off is 68 out of 120 marks. You have to clear this exam to take the admission in the college.

you have to pass entrance exam I3T EXAMS also you have to be pass 10+12 from state recognized board ot board , admission is basedon merit list of exma , once you pass it you ccam proces further , you can apply online on its portal. there is reservation for sc, st and other pwd class .admission process is easy but you have to clear the exams .
