CSMU MTTM FAQs
Ques. What is the difference between MTTM and MBA (Tourism) at CSMU? Which is better for a career in the travel industry?
Ans. MTTM (Master of Tourism and Travel Management) is a specialised 2-year PG programme focused exclusively on tourism, travel operations, destination marketing, and hospitality management. MBA (Tourism) is a broader management degree with a tourism specialisation. MTTM is better suited for students who want deep expertise in the tourism and travel sector, while MBA provides a broader business management foundation. For roles in tour operations, destination management companies, and travel agencies, MTTM is generally more directly relevant.

Students can also pursue doctoral research in tourism management.
