Our hod is very friendly and good teacher, she is very understanding and loves all the students.
Snu have a good track record of placements, with tie-ups with industry partners and a dedicated placement cell to assist students in securing internships and job opportunities.
College provides scholarship for students those got above 80% in their boards exam.. also other scholarship like swami vivekananda scholarship also can be approved by the college, loans are also approved by college which is beneficial for students.

Dislikes

They have enough infrastructure but the management is very sick.
The fees of all the courses are very high but no air conditioner is available in the classroom which makes it very difficult to study in the summer season.
College canteen is too small than the no. of students. and the price of each and every foods are so high. and the food quality in our canteen is too poor. overall our canteen facility is too bad.

college experience till now.

Likes

the college have vivid ambience and a very calming environment.
the faculty of btech cse is very friendly to keep up our doubts.
the college engages us in different kind of activities.

Dislikes

navigation issues happened a lot of time.
a bit compact in terms of space and not very broad.
maintenance is not very satisfying and is below.

Placement Experience:

the college placements offers 500000- 700000 of package on an average depending upon your skill and of course your cgpa. Various companies visit this campus and provide good packages to deseving candidates.

Reality of SNU

Likes

The faculties or proffesors are well with their job.
The campus is beautiful and big making it accessible to all the students.
Fees structure is less comparing to other private unis.

Dislikes

Proffesors are partial with students and treat them accordingly and opportunities are provided according to their choice.
Timings of classes, management of the projects exams and others are really worst.
Before admission it was showed that the uni is centrally air conditioned but only 2 class have ac in our floor.

Placement Experience:

Our university does provide interships and jobs but not everyone gets a a proper job. And intership opportunities which come are very ammeture mostly. The interships are from new infamous companies which does not have any market value and along with that they provide very absurd unpaid internships.

Analytical review of my college

Likes

The curriculum designed is excellent and the professors teaching very well
The exams pattern is tough and competitive and it allows people to get ready for upcoming psychology exams properly
The lab is well maintained and contains every testing and assessments required in the field of paychology as it helps outshines the students very much

Dislikes

The management facilities need to be improved
There should be more operational excellence
More in depth research is required for betterment

Canteen provide decent most of the things were decent according to price including facilities and all
Environment is good where the college located
The garden and all are well decorated stuffs

Dislikes

Teachers and mentors are not well as expected
The security guards behavior are not good

The college environment is good and the students behaviours also
The college is situated in a good convenient place
I like the canteens of the colleges they provide good food in decent price

Dislikes

The teachers and the mentors behaviours are not good
They dont provide books from the library.you cant take books from the library
You can't even complain of a teacher in college.

My college,my pride

Likes

I like the way the facilities conduct their classes
The campus is very large and provides proper canteen and cafe
The quality of infrastructure inside college is very good

Dislikes

The timings that the college have like the morning classes during winter
Many of the practical classes get cancelled without any reason
Proper rooms are not alloted to us when there is a free period

The campus provides placements and internship From 3rd semester from various companies like amazon,nikon and so many and a huge percentage of students get the opportunity to be a part of it and grow their carrer

Sister Nivedita college review

I didn't find anything like that kind of competition in that college. Here, girls and boys are all given equal value.Our college has a system of admissions, so the most problematic faculty here are girls.
Which goes without saying, our campus is very beautiful and you can enjoy it a lot and there is a positive vibe here. There is a good enough environment for studying.
The faculty is very good and very supportive. I can ask them any doubt at any time. And they will provide a lot of things which will be useful for your future job.

Dislikes

The college's faculty has many shortcomings. The faculty is not increasing the number of students it is admitting. This is a fault of the college.
They need to increase their digital classrooms because we have to take classes together in very crowded places, which makes it very difficult for us to learn things.
Their teachers, who have gained more experience than their PhD teachers, need to be called teachers, but they don't have enough knowledge on how to teach students.

Before each semester in college, we are taken to a mid sem, take two class tests, and take many more assignments. This helps us to know the subject well in advance.There are many clubs in the college like football club, basketball club, cricket club, music club, art club, dance club which we have to do some duty for a while and there is also a fashion club.

Likes

It is a huge campus with lots of departments and meeting new people is always an experience
The teachers are very friendly and helpful in every aspects
There are many campus social clubs to interract with people from other departments

Dislikes

Elevators are always crowded and rush during the class hours is most likely a problem
The classrooms are not well equipped and not all classes are smart classes

The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is learning the society from indept knowing the aspect and also the field trip they taken on , as i love to travel and explore new people and culture it made me more interested to take this course. As they made us do field world , we directly can observe the people, place , culture and also how they deal with socital problems and every day problem. The teachers takes surprise test during the class time, also they take mid term and end sem exam, with many projects, ppt and viva . The exam difficulty level increases as they provide many e books and notes and video and by analysis it we need to make notes and write up.

My experience at SNU

Likes

Being from psychology department, the one thing I liked the most was the faculty. The HOD was very supportive and the best one can wish for.
The classes were nice and the labs were air conditioned
The exam pattern was really easy and student friendly

Dislikes

The management of the college was really poor. For paying fees or any other official work we had to stand in long queues
There is not much campus life there. There are not many events happening in the college
Also in Psychology department the boys to girl ratio was very low. There were only 4 boys in a class of 50 students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very well tailored to prepare us for our future applications. But certain more topics could have been added. Also the course could have incorporate the CUET PG preparations for the interested students. The exams are well spread out throughout the semester and are easy to pass and score good marks

SNU - A bizzare

Taking admission in this university was hassle-free as all the administrative staff were really very polite and provided the best assistance on their part
They claimed to have impressive internships and placements for the students.
The infrastructure, campus amenities and learning facilities are just average. They need to work alot on every aspect of their development.

Dislikes

I didn't like the kind of faculty they have hired, they cannot speak proper English, they don't dress formally and behave so uncultured and informal. They are mean and non- assisting towards the students.
Moreover, the professors they fail to cover the syllabus and prefer quantity based answer over quality. They provide pathetic mentorship and doesn't help the students to improve their credentials for the future pursuits.
They compel the students to witness counterproductive seminars and sessions. They need to meditate on the kind of guests they are calling to conduct their events, the guest should be worthwhile listening.listening

Law opens the door to several job prospects and my dream as a child to be a part of the judiciary has influenced me to choose the course. The curriculum prepares definitely prepares me for higher legal studies and have a strong foundation in legal knowledge. SNU needs to improve the quality of faculty they have and there's a long way to improvement. End semester exams are held over a period of every 4-5 months, they conduct MSA in between each semester. The set the papers really tough.
