- Good placement opportunities, on average 7lpa is the slary cap from this university. companies like amazon hire from this university.
- The teaching staff is very well equipped and very friendly. helps in understanding the topics very easily.
- It's just an gorgeous place or site to study , enjoy and increases the creativity .

- Hostel wifi didn't run in a proper way that is not good
- The room is okk but lots of things are not present that why students faces various problems the meal is very bad all meal are anhaginic actually food is very bad can't eat lots of locality rooms are present
- The sanitation in the toilets are very poorly done, its not clean and well lit

- The teachers are really helpful along with the seniors.

- Campus is small as compared to other research colleges.
- Sometimes it's hard to use the computers as their are a limited amount available.
- The location is a little bit as there are also other companies in the very same building. So it's hard to find the exact location in the map.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As much as I can understand, this course is totally related to research with includes wet and dry lab both, but this course is very much helpful to learn the programming languages which are mostly applicable nd used in many companies.

- Faculties in some dept. are not upto the mark for teachings
- placements percentage is decent max 40 to 50 % students get placed
- sometimes there will be off classes wasting ur time
Placement Experience:
students are eligible for campus placement from the very beginning of the third year
many MNCs dop visit like amazon, TCS,wipro,capegemini,cognizant,deloitte,accenture,L&T etc.
higest package was gone till 18 LPA and the avg package is around 7 LPA
mostly 60 to 70% students get placed by the end of their term
my personal plan after getting degree is to complete my Masters further

- there is a lot of cultural events happening throughout the university giving the students a opportunity to show their skills
- the staff is supportive of the freedom to try new activities, clubs, and even personal projects without real-world pressures.
- Opportunities for self-discovery , developing interests outside academics try different fields or indulge in other activities
Dislikes
- with the current strength of the class it sometimes feels over crowded in terms seats and labs and opportunity to perform labs with full class strength
- There is a significant requirement of properly trained faculty and offen a gap between sections in terms of their knowledge, preparedness and skill set
- there is a lack of proper industrial hands on experience specially with the strength of the batch of 250+ students
Placement Experience:
students are eligible from the 4th year for placement, there are quite a few campanies but the student to company ratio is preety low out of the 250 only 50 or so succeed it nearly 2.5 to 3.6 lpa very few get better if any do, mostly go unplaced, i also plan to get within the rare gems that do get placed

- I liked there campus and the natural beauty
- They have a big library with usefull resources
- Good computer lab always upto date technical staff
Dislikes
- Teaching faculty is not that much knowledgeable
- The management of the students is very poorly handle
- College timing is extremely hectic for the students

The course and curriculum is followed by makaut which in some subjects really helpful but in some just to our dated though I love to study the resources and the modules provided by our teacher you get to learn alot and it's very flexible

- I liked the library it's pretty Peaceful and classrooms are clean too
- The campus has a pond and sitting area with some gym stuffs near it with some marble benches on which we can sit and enjoy the view
- I like the environment of the campus it's pretty Peaceful
Dislikes
- Labs are more like a museum most of things don't really work at all and always have to struggle during practicals
- Teachers talk mostly in Bengali except few teachers not English.
- In the name of placement they assisted only few students and I'm from Microbiology background but they emailed selected candidates to apply on TCS bps job it's prettu weird and non relevant to my field

Course primarily focus on theory with very some practical experience i wish they could grant a summer internship but they didn't gave it person have to apply off campus internship.From my opinion they need to provide internships more often or atleast 1 includes in course

- The faculties are well trained and are experienced
- The campus is an a good location with adequate facilities like transport, lunch area,etc.

- The area of the campus is comparatively small.
- The on hand training needs to be more developed

- Jis university kolkata is a highly reputable institution known for its academic excellence and diverse range of programs.
- One of the key factors that sets JIS university apart is its focus on practical learning and industrial exposures.
- Moreover, JIS university has a strong faculty team consisting of experienced Proffesors and industry experts.
Dislikes
- Hostel facility is not good. Warden is very rude
- Lifts available for student is 2 and due to a large number of students having classes at the same time, chaos happens
- Canteen food not good so it should be improved

The average package is INR 4.10 lakh and the highest package is INR 23.50 lakh. Companies that are offered are nestle, wipro, cipla limited, EclinicalWorks, Binfosol private limited, SynBiogenesis, Apollo pharmacy, zensar etc

- Games and sports facilities are good, sports room has every sorts of things required.

Dislikes
- Too much emphasis on attendence, minimun 75% is necessary to sit for end sem exams.
- No internship opportunities from the college.
- Frequent change in faculty, faculties get change too frequently.
Placement Experience:
The placements offered here are nice and good and overall of 7 lpa is provided to each students and 100% placement opportunities is ensured by the college without any problem moreover companies like Amazon come here to hire students and if someone doesn't get placement from the college they can go for outsourcing.

- Teachers r good, their behaviour and interaction
- Clearness and every room is under AC and CCTV surveillance

- Sometimes there are one r two teachers ar special treat their tution students
- Teachers are very less and also they Miss some classes
- Also behaviour is roodly sometimes they help their students

3 semester is available campus placement basics on your cgpa ,Paytm cyber Swift,Zomato,Amazon are coming for campus placement 12 lack not so all students ar placed,I have plan to complete my higher studies complete my PhD degree

Our course is too safe for any placement. Because wehn we will pass out it gaurantees placement to every one of the students. Though the salary varies . No one have to stay jobless for long periods. Thats all
