IIIT Kota Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like gap, Amazon, Goldman Sachs visit here for placement. Highest package, students got 32 LPA till now. Avg package that is offered is about 10 LPA. Approx 55% of students get placement.

Its a government college . Administration is very good .Unlike other government colleges like IIT BHU, here every thing works very fast The curriculum of college is very goood Exams are held on time and results are displayed on time You get 3-4 months in a year holidays to learn yourself whatever you want to learn

My selection was based entirely on the JEE Mains entrance exam. However, the best thing is that even though I am from IIIT, but we are currently residing in MNIT Jaipur which is our mentor institute and we have freedom to use the facilities provided by MNIT. The main reason why this college to be preferred over others is the facilities and exposure you get and the very obvious thing - placements. Every year the placements are getting better with an average package of nearly 10 lakhs for CSE students.

I got selected in CSE (B.Tech) in IIIT KOTA according to my AIR in JEE Mains. Actually selection process proceed by JOSSA on the based of your college selected and AIR. This process start around june end (you can check official website of JOSSA). I choose this college on basic of my Rank, location from My Home town and branch. I also see previous placement statistics on official website of IIIT KOTA(GOOGLE it). IIIT KOTA has not its own campus, So it it mentored by MNIT JAIPUR and operates in MNIT Jaipur campus from opening of college.
