- In vi semester students become eligible for internships and placements companies like infosys ,wipro , accenture, amazon etc last year amazon offered highest package in university of 44lpa my plan is to place in good company or startup
- The faculties are highly educated and they have good experience in teaching and very friendly
- I mostly liked was fee structure and the scholarship there providing for students
Dislikes
- No i didn't write any entrance exams .they have done the admission process by only the cut off marks of 12th standard.there is no eligibility every one can join.fees structure they will give when you visit the college admission block.
- Things i dislike in collage that is they will give attention only tamil students
- I don't like the way of correction of answer sheet these done based on writing not on content

College is providing good number of placement but all the thing is need to maintain attendance and CGPA and some basic skills,with the average 350000 lakhs per annum, we're expecting many good core companies and product based , information technology companies.

*6 companies visited like jk companies and Edtech manufactures and no offers made
*Highest package is 15Lpa
50% of students got places at that time of ur study but now it can be increased

- The way of teaching of professors to students and supporting nature.
- Friendly and happening environment in both college and hostel campus
- Course selection based on Choice based credit system.
Dislikes
- Actually they don't focus much more on the practical.
- Everyone is running for the attendance and if attendence is not over 75% then you have to pay the fees to appear in the examination
- Compulsory pre placement classes even if you don't want placement from the college.
Placement Experience:
Students get eligible from 7th semester, students can sit in the placement from 7th semester.
Many companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Nokia, TCS, Accenture, Genpact and many others company visit during on campus placement, every company is coming for mass hiring.
Average package provided by TCS Accenture and Tech Mahindra is 3 lakh per annum
And the highest salary package was 15 lakh per annum

- I disliked the quality of food and transports provided to the hostellers.

Placement opportunities open up from the sixth semester. And the basic criteria would be nil arrears. And eligibility criteria it's different from each company. The highest package provided was 24 lakhs per Annum
Some of the companies that would visit are Amazon, Infosys, tech Mahendra, Bosch and many other companies. I don't know about the percentage of placements , and it can't be accurate.

- And I also don't like the cse canteen the don't provide judgement food

It deals with the subjects like DBMS, vlsi kind of designs
They need to improve the practical experience
We have about 4 months gap for semister tho semister and the exams are tough

They had professional proficiency exams that were very helpful for higher exams plus they had many clubs to join like arts, UBA etc. so I am a member of UBA in which we have to do social work in the field of biotechnology.

- Honestly not so great, but i think its not that bad afterall i made great friends and roomates.
- Academically it's average, most of the times we had to learn things ourselves, altough they claim to say that they taught everything
Dislikes
- ATTENDACE CRITERIA, the whole college hates this, this university gives importance to ID CARD and ATTENDANCE a lot, it was 65 % before, gradaually increased.
- I wish the management was a bit better, atleast during the final year. They always make you roam around the uni for silly signs, things wont approve without atleast 40 signatures and 20 stamps
Course Curriculum Overview:
Tech was booming when i joined and so i obviously choose CS stream, there are cons as well, we still have other career options to pursue depending on what you want We got training for everything here.

- The college has a good atmosphere with all the necessary infrastructure.
- Yes, its really needed. And also our college has many physical platforms for quality social interactions.
- Very good placement service with a lot of companies offering a good package for freshers.
Dislikes
- Industry intership department is a garbage. The authorities inside the office are people who don't even know how to socially behave and also egoistic in nature.
- Sports department should be recreated and should involve in all the sports.
Placement Experience:
Im really satisfied with the placement department as now im placed in a core company with an excellent package. Thanks to MR. Rakesh sir, our department placement coordinator and also our college placement department for giving me this opportunity.

- The girls to boys ratio is 3:5 which sometimes affected the social dynamics in campus
- some courses were theoritical with linited real world applicatiuon or project based learning
- More process for project document correction and approvals
Placement Experience:
Placements at my college typically start from 6th semester with studenst becoming eligible to participate.Top companies like TCS, wipro,Infosys, Accenture and many more visit the campus regularly,offering variety of roles such as software developer,data analyst and system engineer and many more depending on the company.The highest package secured was around 30lpa while average package range arounf 4-6 lpa.Around 80% students secure placemnets by the end of the course.After gettung my degree,I plan to pursue a career in software developmet or explore higher studies in specialized fields like Data Science

- There's always bus service from every hostel to the main campus in every 30mins so the transportation inside college is really good
- Best college for cse students you will get all the oppertunities you need
- Hostel rooms are really good and clean.The workers will come clean your room everyday including bathrooms
Dislikes
- The rules are strict but sometimes too strict it's not very bad but still students needs have a stress free environment inside the campus
- Hostels and campus are far away from city so if we want to go to Chennai for example we have to cover 5km for the nearest bus stop then 30min to avadi railway station.even ola rapido are not always available here
- There's been a discrimination towards north Indian students from some of the faculties

Campus placement training will start from semester one and with the results of the placement training exams and overall cgpa you will get chances with company provided placement training from semester 4.

I have a few friends from Vel Tech University and according to them, it is a decent college with affordable course fees. A B.E from Val Tech will cost you around 2 lakhs.
Mainly IT companies visit the college campus to recruit students from IT, CSE, EEE branches. So, you will get decent placement opportunities. You will be placed if your aptitude and spoken English are good.
According to the recent placement highlights, around 90% of students are placed. The highest package last year was 12 LPA. The college has a placement cell that invites a number of companies. Some of the major recruiters visiting the campus placements are Google, Capgemini, Amazon, Vivo, etc.
Career guidance programs are conducted twice a week. Some highly skilled professors are allocated for teaching online exams which are conducted under the guidance of the smart teaching staff.
