Course Curriculum Overview

They had professional proficiency exams that were very helpful for higher exams plus they had many clubs to join like arts, UBA etc. so I am a member of UBA in which we have to do social work in the field of biotechnology.

Class Size: 10Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Totally for 4 years I am paying 8 lakhs, since I am a student want to make money because I am doing my major project in food technology can write assignments of food technology nicely and can do work for 2 hours.

Campus Life

Talking about lab facility there was nothing and talking about clubs ya it was quite pretty cool, i enjoyed my 3 years in B tech Biotechnology because of my frnds being honest here and ya some senior who helped me out very much with my projects.

Admission

Simple my parents told me to join it I am being honest over here. They wanted me to become a Dr or Eng so they choose Veltech because they knew it has a good facility of hostel compared to others and it's very strict.

Faculty

Most of the faculties were PhD qualifiers and they know everything but they don't want to teach and just want to be paid without even doing anything... Exams (3 unit test of 30 marks) from which the ur internals are calculated and semester exam of 60 marks .

Night Life

For us there was no night life we have to just wash our cloths, do assignments, do some chores that we want to do and then do project work, reading some research articles and then preparations for another day.

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

The Roller Coaster Ride of College life

Placement Experience:

Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

About the placement of colleges there are many compromise to visit to college respect of different departments and the placement start as well as internships when they student enter final year. Percentage of the student getting placement where is from department to department but maximum student gets placed at the end of the year.

Before admitting in Vel Tech, I've applied in Quaid E Millath, Queen Mary's College, Nandanam Arts college, Presidency college.I chose Veltech over these because It helps me financially and academically.Even though i had less marks Veltech admitted me. Yes I did get a rejection from other colleges due to my less performance in 12th Standard. It happened because of my medical issues. Admission process in Vel Tech was so simple and Neat First they will be asking for the following Aadhar 10th, 11th, 12th Mark Sheets 12th Certificate TC certificate Caste Certificate Income Certificate Bonafide (if necessary) And then we are requested to pay the full fee amount I joined through management quota. Vel tech review

I choosed this college because it got a great reputation and great record of placement. It also got a great infrastructure and facilities. Firstly I haven't got good marks in my APEAMCET exam and next thing is I came to know that my relatives sons have also graduated from the Vel tech University.
