Choosing among the two given institutes depends upon what you want to pursue in the future. The points below give a brief overview of the advantages of both the choices, based on which you can make a decision.

If you want to do an MBA after the B.Tech directly, without preparing for CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, NMAT, etc. prefer the MBA Tech course from NMIMS. Although the B.Tech degree from NMIMS is not that good, the MBA degree is quite valuable and offers decent opportunities.
If you want to do a separate B. Tech and then prepare for CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc for an MBA, then you should choose SRM over the other. In addition, the ECE department is one of the best departments in SRM University, which has an excellent faculty and offers good placements too.
If you are interested in doing MBA from some foreign university, get minimum work experience after graduation.
