NICMAR Pune also known as National Institute of Construction Management and Research is a private institution, established in 1984. Selection of students for NICMAR admission is made by the selection committee. Candidates can apply online on the university’s official website or download the application form and send it to the Dean of Admissions along with the application fee and required documents as mentioned in the application form before the due date.

Yes, international students are required to pay specific fees for the Ph.D. program at NICMAR University, Pune. As per the 2025–26 fee structure, foreign nationals enrolling in the full-time Ph.D. program must pay a semester tuition fee of USD 2,000, an admission fee of USD 250, and a refundable security deposit of USD 500, totaling USD 2,750 at the time of admission. Subsequent semesters require a tuition fee of USD 2,000 each. These fees are applicable across all doctoral disciplines, including Engineering, Management, and Planning.
