- The placements and industry connection is one of the best in the country, every week we have industry specialists guest lectures.
- The placements and internships are another aspect where the college excels. We have highest package upto 50Lakhs.
- The management and faculties are very friendly. They are always available and reachable.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure the college is not the best. They lack a lot of labs, as they are currently under construction.
- The college doesn't have good sports facilities no ground is there. And very less open space.
- The hostels are very bad. Poorly maintained, the lift doesn't work. Bathrooms and toilets are very dirty.
Placement Experience:
The students can apply for placements from the 6th semester, but they have to complete the whole 8 semester to start working.
Companies like L&T, HCC, J Kumar, TATA Projects are our major recruiters, many MNCs and other top company like to hire from NICMAR.
The college has genuine 100% placement, the students who generally do not get placed are ones who have family business or startups.
After completing the degree and mostly interested in a job for the 1 to 2 years to gain some experience. Then I may consider options like higher studies or a business.

Is it good to take PG in NICMAR?

I have a few friends who graduated from NICMAR. Their experience with the institute has not been that good. Here are some of the things that they complain about.
- NICMAR has increased the student intake following which the placement opportunities have become fewer in number. According to the recent placement highlights the average CTC offered to the students is 6 LPA.
- The selection process for admission is too easy. Almost anyone can get through the interview process.
- The placement process is not effective. The placement committee is composed of students, who often act biased.
So, consider all these factors before you decide to pursue your PG from NICMAR.
