In our department, there are 11 faculties and our total number of students is 24 which means an almost 1:2 ratio. faculties are very helpful. they always help us a lot. Mainly all faculties had done their PhD in the respective course.

Economics has been my favorite subject since 11th standard.Visva Bharati University offers a peaceful and satisfying environment to study and give shape to your ideas.B.A. Economics in Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan is a 3years full course.This University offers you talented and highly educated faculty members. This 3years B.A. The Economics course has been divided into 6 semesters. After each semester the University conducts semester examination.

Pros: Good student teacher ratio.Has a peaceful campus.Renowned professors.Fast review system.Has the option of PhD.Cons: Some of the Departments have lack professors.This University doesn't have commerce departments.

I choose this course because I was interested in Biology from a young age. And I liked field works which this course allows a lot. The faculty: student ratio could be 1:3 though I don't know the exact numbers. Faculty members are mostly Masters and PhD level. We had one term exam a semester with internals per sub in a semester.

The University should improve there infrastructure. By the way I choose this because is one of the best university in india, you have appear in entrance exam for admission.I chose this college because in west bengal it is the best college for those who want be a physical education.Except this the sangit bhaban and kala bhaban in this University is world famous. Lots of foreign students are studying here, only because of the University culture and education system of the University.

After 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like Tata rallies, Pan seeds, Indoderma Chemicals, Ujjiban Small Finance Bank, Iffco etc and about 100 placement have been made by them. Highest package is 55000/month and avg is 30000/month. 25% of all students is getting placement each year

The fact that the institution is a centre of immense cultural diversity and that it has extremely well educational faculty. Also I have heard a lot of good words from my seniors about the university. So I really wished to be a part of it n make it a part of my journey in life.

The factors which drove me is this a central university and for the environment of the college. The thing I like most about the college is its environment and education system. I have opted course because this has a very good job opportunity.

First of all to be precise, it is an University seeded by the Great Poet Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore. It was the best place near my hometown offering the subjects I wanted to persue. What I liked the most is the campus, the buildings, the environment any every other considering factor. I really enjoy the lifestyle and the exposure of being a student of this University. And also the Education codt and fee structure is very nominal.

See, the university is not a commercial one. You can pursue honours, Masters, PhD and certificate courses in the university. There is no such campus placement system but the university has an employment cell which is mainly for those who pursue honours in foreign languages such as French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and many others.
