Campus life at VBU is calm, culturally vibrant and deeply rooted in tradition. Unlike fast-paced city colleges, VBU offers a peaceful environment where students can grow both intellectually and personally. Social life on campus revolves around iconic cultural events like Poush Mela( December), Basanta Utsav(March) and the student organized Ananda Mela, where students setup stalls, perform and engage in creative activities. Sports facilities include football, cricket, badminton, basketball, swimming etc. with inter-departmental tournaments held regularly. There are multiple student clubs like PHOTOGRAPHY, NATURE, DRAMA, MEDIA, COMPETITIVE EXAMS, SPORTS ETC.

The college environment is very good. Teachers are very friendly and helpful. Seniors also good and very very helpful. The infrastructure of this college is aslo good. Sports events conducted by university is aslo an attractive thing

Eco Shop program for UG and PG students organised every year in the months of March and April for multiple competition in the field of Paper presentation, Debate, speech and extempore. YSM organisation every year in the month of December and January for Paper presentation of PhD and PG scholars. Fully AC rooms and Digital classrooms for students along with multiple sports ground and facilities dedicated for the same. Library facilities along with Computer room and UGC SAP room for Scholars and Seminar Hall for programes and events. Placement Cell of the department is fully run by students along with other societies like literary and cultural groups for event management.

The overall experience was quite good. As Santiniketan, Birbhum is rich in culture and Visva-Bharati is in Santiniketan, it holds culture associated with Tagore. We had organised seminars as well. We used to celebrate programmes that goes well with the University's cultural background.

Campus life was great. Everyone was helpful. We fought against the early exam date. We have did it as a unit. There was equality and unity among our group. We have very much enjoyed the university life.

We had comprehension based reading in the preparatory course after that from first year we had journalistic Chinese which helps us to understand the geopolitics at the certain extent.One can use these knowledge as their foundation for future endeavours. There are 2 internals before semester and internal examination is quite challenging in comparison to that of the semester. If you can download well in the internal examination then you will definitely do well in the semester examination .

This place is still holding on its traditional cultural festival and it's a very good things and it is entirely different from any other university , probably that's also one of the reason why it is the first living UNESCO heritage university. The library of this university is very rich one can access library very easily and the library have a lot many ancient as well as modern books .

According to me the infrastructure of the university is good but it needs to be imporve.The atmosphere of the university is very quiet and soothing,everyone in the university are very motivated for their studies.

Infrastructure of the University is good but not as good as JNU, but I assure you that the culture of the Visva-Bharati is incomparable.The university strictly follows the culture of India. Ragging in the university is strictly prohibited, everyone is very helpful.

In Visva Bharati there are lots of cultural program was organised in every month such as virkisharopan,dol uthsav,etc and many cultural mela is organising in this university as Nandan mela,poush mela etc.. Many social groups are running but I am not interested in at all
