Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA Psychology (Hons) program features a diverse curriculum encompassing various psychology disciplines. I chose this course because I have a deep interest in understanding human behaviour and workings of the mind. Psychology offers a fascinating exploration into these areas, and I believe it will provide valuable insights into various aspects of life, both personally and professionally. The faculty student ratio is 6:49. The faculty members are typically highly qualified in their respective fiels. They hold advanced degress in psychology ( M.A. or Ph.D) Their expertise enriches the learning experience , and they employ various teaching methods, includes lectures, discussions, group projects, and practical demonstrations, to make the subject matter engaging and comprehensible. Mock tests precede internal exams facilitating better preparation and understanding. The program offers a comprehensive curriculum, dedicated faculty , and regular assessments to aid one's academic journey.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My professors were good and most of the time they gave us good and intellectual lessons which were beneficial for us to make us grow. Almost all of them were well-versed in the subject and were polite enough to make us understand the conceptual element of the subject. The exams are on time.

Placement Experience:

Placements are usually for internships but still, people go after their masters after their graduation from this college. My plans after my graduation would be to complete my master's and then go for a doctorate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this cause in the future I want to get connected with a medical line. There are 7 facilities and 30 students Average in each year. The faculties have done Ph.D. while some has post-doctoral degree too their teaching method is too good. The exams are conducted in a semester system and yeah if don't study properly they are on a little harder side to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Journalism and Mass Communication is a very interesting and mordern subject. It has a lot of scope in coming time. Careers can be as JOURNALIST, RJ, CONTENT WRITER, EDITOR, PHOTOGRAPHER, CINEMATOGRAPHER, EVENT MANAGER, TRANSLATOR, REPORTER, NEWS READER, RECEPTIONIST, HR, RECRUITER, ENTREPRENEUR etc. Our faculty members are friendly and cooperative. They help us in every way they can. They make us time always and never give us any fix time to call them. Our department consists of maximum female students and there are only few male students. Our maximum teachers are preparing for PHD and few are already doctorate. They teach us very well and clear our doubts in every way then can. They even take us for field works. We visited Akashbani Bhavan of Kolkata. Teachers conduct CIA, Class Internal Assessment which are from those topics they teach us. They even take class tests after the completion of any topics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to become a lawyer and specialise in the field of finance. The teacher-student ratio is pretty bad as there are 250 students in one batch and barely 10-15 teachers. The teaching faculty is pretty qualified as many of them are PhD holders but sadly not many of them are good teachers. The method of teaching is very old and, moreover very theoretical which makes it difficult for the students to be ready for the current job market. Exams are held twice a year, semester and they are pretty easy to pass. Questions generally are repeated every year.

Understanding economics prepares you to be a better, more active participant in the economy – as both a consumer and producer. It also helps you better understand government policy decisions. That's why I took this course. Faculty : student ratio = 4 : 20 Faculty qualification : Every professor is very well qualified.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this B.com course because I heard that there are lots of opportunities. But after passing all the semesters in one chance, now I understand that it doesn't make any sense. Even though my parents taught me so hard, I did not get a job. Despite having such good marks, Sujak is not. So everywhere now is either source or money. I belong to a middle class family so I don't have any of the 2. Yes it is really very difficult to pass from Calcutta University. Exams are very difficult and conducted. I have passed the exam after 1 year and got the result, but the certificate is issued after 2 years. But many of my friends still could not pass. Here is the result of 31 August, of supply. Some pass but many have been failed.
