Fees and Financial Aid:
The year-wise fees 2500 I have to pay the Tuition fees is 1200, caution fees 500, registration fees 200, admission fees 50, development fees 50, lab fees 100 and there is no the other compulsory charges during the course completion as per the category (like Management, SC, ST). I got SVMCM scholarship amount of 60000 per year

- My University give us a very good social and enjoying campus life. Here have lots of clubs, society for extra curricular activities.
- University give us a very good intership and placement opportunities.Like previous year 92% students placed during campus placement.
Dislikes
- This is a tier university but infrastructure is so high like IITs.
- The faculty's is good but their teaching methods are old.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Jadavpur University is a state government University,so annual fees is very less just like 2450 per year.And this 2450 rupees fee is included with tuition fees, registration fees, admission fees,lab fees, library fees.This 2450 rupees fees for all categories students.I am staying in hostel and hostel fees is also very less just like 3000 per month. The scholarship I have received every year is SVMCM, it's a give by West Bengal government and the amount is 60000 per year.

- Firstly the interesting thing about this college is its most affordable fees structure compared to any other college in India
- The faculties here are highly educated and also help students in research work
Dislikes
- college infrastructure is recently being taken care of due to NAAC visit in our college
- Female students are very less in this branch i would mention but I think anyone who has high ambitions should focus more on studies and not on girls

Year wise Lab ,Sports ,amenities fees-Rs 300 One time Registration fees (at the time of admission)-Rs 250 There is fees relief in case of very low family income and greater distance from home There is surely Swami Vivekananda Scholarship for students.

- well my experience at the college campus at the first instance was very good. I met a lot of new friends who were from my hometown as well as from kolkata
- our college campus has a very big playground which helps the students other than the studies to focus on the extra curricular activities .
Dislikes
- THE girls to boys ratio is very bad to be honest .Its like 50 boys to 6-7 girls in one classroom or one batch or department to be approx. so its a drawback
- the gender ratio is quite bad from my point of view the ratio should be more
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fee structure of our department is approximately 2500 (yearly) and the complete course fee is around 10,000. Our fees is the same for a very long duration (in my knowledge). In this case, it is helpful for the students who are financially not so sound and have a problem in paying the high college fees like the other engineering colleges have . Our IT department (information technology) has a yearly fees of approx 30,000. So, unlike other departments the fees of IT deparment is a bit high but while comparison to other departments of other colleges , its price is quite affordable and reasonable from the students point of view.

- Jadavpur University is one of the well known university in West Bengal and all over India. It provides best infrastructure, faculty, fests, placements, education everything is top notch.
- Campus life in Jadavpur University is very good. Friendly seniors, batchmates, teachers, canteen. All religion and language people stay together and are friends.
Fees and Financial Aid:
By taking B.E. Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering branch I pay 1500 rupees per year. Fees Structure : Tuition fees - 10 Caution fees - 10 Registration fees - 50 Lab fees - 400 Admission fees - 1000 Development fees - 30 Total - 1500 per year It is a 4 year Undergrad course which costs total 6000 rupees. The fees structure is same for all students irrespective of their category. Jadavpur University provides Fee-Ship scholarship which makes free the full 4 year course.
Likes
- The teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable in their respective fields.
- Attendance policies are generally lenient, providing flexibility. However, attending classes is beneficial, particularly for core subjects
Dislikes
- The campus is situated in a somewhat inconvenient location, with no nearby bus stops.
- The Salt Lake campus is less popular and lacks the vibrant ambience of the main campus.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Tuition fees is approximately 10,000 only. Hostel charges are very very low. You can also stay in nearby pgs with around 3000-5000 per month. Some scholarships and financial aids are also available. You are take part in undergraduate research projects here.

- There is a 0% attendance rule. Although attending the lab/practical sessions are a must but we have freedom related to attending the theory classes.
- There are a lot of clubs and activities.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure can be much better, the labs have great teachers but there needs to be a much better infrastructure for labs.

We need to pay around 5000 rupees when we apply for the WBJEE exam. After I got admission into the college I literally had to pay 710/- for 2 years For the 3rd and 4th year I need to pay around 5000 rupees only. Cheapest college in the country. There are a lot of scholarships also, So we have students who actually earn money by studying in this college. There are a wide scholarships based on the income and talent criteria .

- The infrastructure of exam is much favorable for stidents..students can decide their exam date
Dislikes
- The boy girl ratio is very much bad,, like 10:1.even IEE department has 0 girls in this 27 batch
- JU should look in the case of ragging, those students stay in hostel they faces ragging

Fees structure is very simple only 3000 per year,, total fees for 4 year is 10000,,,so many scholarship are available in JU, government scholarship Like SVMCM, OASIS, JU scholarship, and private scholarship like siemens, Colgate are available,,, you can also get freeship for 4 year course for this you have to only a form,, svmcm scholarship gives 60000 for an engineering students,, there is no need to increase tution fees,,

- Politics in the campus and their in-the-face agenda
- Least respect for people with contrary opinions

fee structure in every Engineering course in JU (except IT) : Rs. 12000 for 4yrs (3000/yr or 1500/semester) where as for IT : Rs.120,000 for 4yrs (30,000 per year) Tuition fee waiver applies for students in need

Fees structure is Rs 2400/- per year for Non-IT branches which is a very low amount as a fees in comparison to any other top colleges of the country. There are many scholarships available for students in the university and also many opportunities for the financially weak students to avail for tuition fee waiver. The on Campus placements of this college is excellent and companies offer high packages to students as per their caliber
