University of Lucknow Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 6th semester students are eligible to sit in placement interviews. Yes obviously students begin preparing for the interviews and placements from very early in the college along with exploring variety of things. There are many big companies and MNCs which come for placements in this college . Some of the TCS, Infosys ,Wipro ,cognizant, Mahindra and many more Till now the highest package which has been offered to a computer science and artificial intelligence graduate from this college is around 24 lakh per annum. The minimum offered placement is 400000 per annum and the average offered placement is 6 per annum for the graduates in my department. Almost every year 80% of the students taken part in the placements get their dream placements if they have prepared hard for it. My plan is also to get a good placement since this colleges getting better and better every year in the matter of placements especially.

From 6 th semester the students are allowed to sit in placement session. The highest package of 2025 is 22 lpa and average package is 4 lpa Jio , Soti , L&T, Adani, Scaler, HCL etc company are visited every year in college 80% placement are happening in my college My plan after degree is to join Nvidia

Placement seen here , not very good as companies comes here are mostly bulk hiring or for core branches hiring as they tend to get job frequently while other like oura and tech have chances if grid properly , post corona there is decreasing tech jobs as world again come to its original pace so getting placed is more and more harder for tech students due to intense competition also. Here mostly or more than 70 percent get placed who sits for placements as for high paying offer it depends on own skill , while mostly from 6 th semester placement strats and as for not placing or opting out for placements means ones should be ready for gate or any research field as there are not more options for us but as an engineer you could do anything in your life

Placements are very bad in our college. Now good tech companies visit here due to bad performance of students in selection rounds. The highest package was 26 lpa(off campus) achieved by a student who cracked GSOC other highest package is around 10-12lpa and average is around 3-4 lpa. Around 60-65% students are placed. I'll look for off campus placements

Companies like TCS Wipro Infosys HCL Adani are the top recruiters here but many other companies also visit here for placements. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology ( FoET) have its own dedicated placement cell.

I choose this brach because of the future of this course is on demand but it may take time i think. The faculty always support to do your extra work with respective course but the students can not do this because of some unavailability or exposure. I think the timing of the college is good but the subject of each semester should be change because it is not very useful for placement or job. The exam is good there is no much problems. All are very cooperative when you need any help .
