IIT BHU Ph.D Pharmaceutical Technology is offered as 3 Years Full Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for Ph.D is Post Graduation with 65%. The total fees for IIT BHU Ph.D Pharmaceutical Technology in 2025 is ₹ 88,445 for the complete course duration, which includes total tuition fees of ₹ 60,000. Earlier, the fees in 2023 - 2024 for Ph.D Pharmaceutical Technology was ₹ 1.13 Lakhs.

IIT BHU Ph.D Pharmaceutical Technology Admission 2025

The minimum eligibility for admission to Ph.D Pharmaceutical Technology at IIT BHU is Post Graduation with 65%.

a) Applicants with a master’s degree in pharmacy or in an allied discipline/area must have a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (on a 10.0 point scale) at the master’s degree level.

b) Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy must have a minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CPI (on a 10.0 point scale) at the bachelor’s degree level. For an applicant with more than two years of professional experience, the minimum requirement shall be 70% marks or 7.0 CPI (on 10 point scale) for a bachelor's degree provided the degree is from an Institution funded by the Central Government.

Note:-

• All regular SC / ST / PD students are exempted from the tuition fees and hostel seat rent
• For regular Ph.D. students, the Tuition fee is Rs 10000 (waiver of Rs 35000) 
• No tuition fee waiver for sponsored (SC/ST/PD), QIP, and External Students
• **Students who return back to their parent institution/organization after completing the SOTA seminar and minimum residency period. 

These students will pay the fees below:-

Tuition fee – Rs 5000 + Examination fee – Rs 500 + Registration / Enrolment fee – Rs 200 – Total Rs 5700

• The student who is admitted during the Even sem will pay Rs 285 only. Further, each odd sem will pay Rs 365

• For SAARC Countries – US $ 3000 + Rs 65,465 
• For other countries – US $ 5000 + Rs 65,465
