They provide well education to students,they support great communication with students.
Placements: aktu is known for its strong placement record, with many companies recruiting from affiliated colleges.

Dislikes

The college hostel are not good as you were paying 82000 for the 3 sheeter hostel room
The timings of the college is very bad you have to come early in the morning and get departure in the evening.
One thing i disliked about this university that is no proper time of exams

I learned how to live a life

Likes

The fees structures are very good for everyone
The management of all those types like timing
The best thing I likes my college is the uniform which are very disciplined for everyone

Dislikes

The timing or the classes are very long and lunch also
The timing of the college is very far that the whole day is going like how the day's gone
The canteen system is very bad there is lot of mess things

My course is bcom and lot of people are doing bcom just for the purpose of graduation degree. But the faculty members are very disciplined and strict for there teaching ways and the number of student in a bcom is highest in a line

Faculties are good experienced and well mannered
Campus area is goood it's really huge and great as per the fees it justifies
Staff is goood and no ragging is there security of girls is there ensuring proper security for everyone

Dislikes

Students behaviour some students belongs to native villages ruining the total mood in the campus with their behaviour
Placement is good but not the best we can't rely on college fir jobs we have to work off campus fir it
Maintainence is very low and needs to be done

Placements are average of 3 to 4 lacks per anum so you can't rely on the campus for your placements you have to work on your own to work you need to search on your own for placements off campus Companies comes but not of technical fields non technical fields mostly and a very little amount of technical companies also come in the campus to visit

My elder brothers are in MNCs they are working there as a software engineer. Watching them I decided to opt this course. The curriculum of the college is good. Although I think the college will provide us good opportunities for the jobs.

Lab classes and faculty of thiss college are good

College location and locality is good near it

Faculty are cooperative very helpful to us

I like my college!

Likes

Faculty are really good in their field....they know how to make students understand
Sports activities are also in demand. Student have good interest in sports
No chaos while admission.. everything was smooth going.

Dislikes

Infrastructure may be one of the issue...mainly washroom
Hostel infrastructure is also not good...very poor management
Hostel food is not good... every student complain about that

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have opted..btech cse and my ailed brach is data science... I opted this because this field is in high demand in future. I think there should be strictness and regular basis hackathon..so that student may have a good resume.

Their affordable price was so effective for me
Their faculties was I like it and their classes
They got very functional and test and other

Dislikes

Their structure was so bad and they need to renovate
Their have no clean water for drinking water
And their placement was so poor and average

Their have gave senior placement and as usually you know private colleges was have not many students got selected on campus placement but their was so many more and their percentage of scholarship 50 percent students got placed

Life at Galgotias College

Likes

The infrastructure is up to date as per the latest requirements.
The teachers are from renowned institutes like IIT and NIT.
The curriculum is updated and there are various branches in the college.

Dislikes

Mostly the first years integrated syllabus. It is very hectic to schedule.
There is a heavy amount of students in the college.

Placement Experience:

The overall placement of the college is good enough. The Average placement is 6 lpa. Where as the median package is 5.5 lakhs per annum. The internship opportunities are very great too. Mostly of campus placement are also positive with students securing high packages. The highest package offered was last year of 42 lpa.

Likes

Teachers are good They are very keen to teach you
Strictness so students have a fear so they study

Dislikes

Sports facility is not good as a sports person I would rate it 3-4 out of 10
Nit much events are organised here so you don't get a exposure

Curriculum is good but it includes a lot of writing work as a Engineering student I didn't think so that we should imerese in this much writting experience and they follow a proper exam schedule once in a month but the thing is they don't introduce new questions they just copy paste the pyq they should introduce new questions so the students can think more vastly

I liked in my college is faculty's even of other branch faculty also. Because faculty had teaching experience of 15-20 yrs.
I liked in my college is extracurricular activities like organize fest, career opportunity from respected mentors. Because I am also get this opportunities as first year student.
I liked in my college also is supportive mentors, and professors because they had support in all problems of students as is related to academics or as a career also.

Dislikes

I haven't to get disliked in my college but I don't liked the uniform of college because it is look like schools uniform.
I have to disliked my college because of there is no ATM in my college .
I have to disliked my college duration hours which is 9 am to 5 pm .

If I tell about my college placements , they are better than other colleges because placements packages is like graph, like now they'll get better package but after a year , it will less or more.Basically, it depends on you , how you handle the interviewers question and how you communicate with them. But if you curious about placement packages at my colleges had 24lakhs this year (2024) at paypal and last year had 12 lakhs.

Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University isn’t a good option for pursuing technical courses. The curriculum followed by the institute is outdated. You will only learn the theoretical aspects of engineering. It doesn’t offer the practical hands-on experience students require to excel in the technical field.

Most students usually get placed in the IT sector, irrespective of their branches. The highlights of recent AKTU placements show the average package offered by the institute to be around INR 2-3 LPA.
