Galgotias University Greater Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The campus placement conducted from time to time. Various national and international companies provide job opportunities for us. From final semester students were available for campus placements. Campus placements provided with average package of 5 lakhs for my course Highest package i heared was like 15lakhs and average was about 8 lakhs i guess. Approx 70% student got placements who opted for it and they are now in quite good positions. My plans was to go for UPSC preparation yet i was working as part time in a lab.

There wasn't any specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course. I just wanted to do engineering from any private college. The difficulty level of examination is not much here. The teachers here are more responsive and responsibility towards the students, but there is the scope of improvement for better future of the students.

Student from 6/7 semester may be eligible for campus placement. There are many prestigious companies come for placement. The off campus placement was 1 cr , Highest in campus placement was 44 lakh per annum.

I am Shubham kumar.They are giving us shedule of class in which all subjects get high quality class.They conduct timely exams to test and examine the students and each students get enough opportunity for their placement.

The aspects of my course BBA (FIA) is adequate to the real world applications and to the point. The exams that are conducted are in the format of ( IA-1 ( Internal Assignment 1) , MTE ( Mid Term Examination , IA-2 ( Internal Assignment 2) , ETE) ( End Terms Examination )for every semester and the exam paper is appropriately difficult and every thing that appears in the exam is according to the things that were taught in the class. So, if you attend the classes regularly you won't encounter any problems.

Admission process at GU begins with the profile shortlisting followed by an interview round. GU doesn't focus much on aptitude exams, but the minimum cut-off is 50%. For 10th, 12th, and graduation, the minimum cut-off is 60%. The application form and details are available on the GU website. There is an application fee, and the application dates are usually announced well in advance. Reservation benefits are available as per government norms. The CAT exam is challenging but manageable with proper preparation. GU also considers work experience, giving preference to candidates with relevant industry exposure. Overall, I liked the admission process. However, one area for improvement could be to streamline the document verification process to make it more efficient.

- I'm a second year student so i don't know much about placements, but our seniors say that internships are started in 5th semester and i think placements are started after 6th semester. - there are accenture and many other companies that gives highest packages of about 16LPA. - i don't know how many students get placed, since this is recession time. - I'll be doing job after persuing my b.Tech degree.

Students can take placements from 4th year and 3rd year if they are interested. There are not very good placement opportunities as the students are there only for a degree tag only 1000 students qualified for the placements last year and less than 100 scored. There are many companies visiting like GEEKS FOR GEEKS, Accenture, Virizion, and much more. The highest package can go upto 1.2 CR (oversees package) all the way down to 4lpa.

I can't say the reality of the placement in galgotias University as we don't know the exact ratio of placement in our college but they always say that 80% is the placement success rate and the average placement package is 5 lakh per annum

starting of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. many companies are visit like wipro,infosys,hcl. average package as per company offered varies betweeen 5lpa to 8 lpa. 70% students got placed.
