Everything you need to know Before Joining Galgotias University

Well about curriculum. the syllabus of our university is updated for the real world. For improvement i would say that they should really focus on more practical things. Instead of teaching and explaining codes on board they should do it on comkputers

Last year there were companies like google, meta, amazon which offered a good package to our seniors. Roles were SDK, data analyst, sales person.. These internships offer student the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real world projects.

About placements, they are average. I would not recomend to come to this college if u are trustung on on campus placement. You would need a more than 8.5 cgpa if you want to sit on campus placement. If you have extra ordinary skills then you can easily crack placements. But for average students its hard to get placements here. Highest package is something around 30,00,000 last year. and average is like 6,00,000LPA. If there are like 10 students who sit in placements then 8 will get placed. whicih is like 80%. I will try to score 8.5cgpa so that i can sit in plcaements. My second option is to opt for off campus placement after getting degree.

There is no scholarship available. You can get into this university by giving CUET. Eligibilty criteria for B.Tech. is to score more than 60% in PCM. Tuition fees will remain same until you graduate. Complete cost of our education is 1,60,000*4years = 6,40,000 rs.

I have a mixed expireience with campus life at this average university. There are many clubs like more than 40 in which students can join and meet with thier interest. The annual festival "spring fest" in march and "TEch expo" in october, offer enjoyable opportunities for students to come together and celebrate. In library you will find all books related to your course. It is a digital library so u can search for where the book is kept. for sports there are clubs that students can join and compete with other unviersities.

Its a small rooms with two beds, two lights, two tables and chairs with focus light and a notice board. Mess has a great menu and the food is good. Theres a sweetdish at every alternate days. REgistration process is quite simple. Fees for hostel is 1,26,000 per year including mess. there a small market nearby where u can visit to buy your dialy needs

Our university has online website through which you can fill the application form which is rs.1000. Once they review your application form then you can visit the college for further admission process. Eligibility criteria differ for various course. For b.tech. it is to score more than 60% in PCM. There are no reservation benifits. It would be better if they held Entrance exam so that we can decrease crowd here

The faculty at our colleges are masters from iit or nit. Some are really bad while some teaches so good. WIth high level acadmic qualifications from reputable institutions, coupied with extensive research and industry exposure, they bring practical relevance into the teaching invironment.
