College is good but the crowd and hostel facility should be improved.

as i came from an arts background, I wanted to switch my career to IT industy, so the only best option available for me is to choose MCA. so i opted for this course. the course curriculum is well-designed and helps the students to gain industry experience. the exam frequency is high, we have to give internal exams and main exams twice a semester.

college provides virtual internship oppourtunities to every student, and regular internship oppourtunitues to selected students. you can get AICTE internship from cisco and ibm, there are a lot of chances and oppourtunities for those who really need the job and internships.

the tuition fees if MCA courseis 92000, and after suming up all the expenses it goes to 107000 for a year. so the complete cost for MCA will be around 214000, and if you opt for college hostel which is not recommended, so you have to pay 126000 for 2 seater non ac room and 155000 for 2 seater ac room. there are many scholarship oppourtunities that are available includind some government schemes, a student should have scored a minimun of 80% in previous course to avail college scholarship. GU provides internship oppourtunities to last and second last year students.

you can experience every culture in galgotias university, college organises many fests and cultural events very frequently. the college has many libraries and a huge range of books, you can sit in peaceful environment of library to study.

hostel is okish and not at all recommended, you have to pay 126000 for 2 seater non ac room and 155000 for 2 seater ac room, the mess food is not that good, though you get a good sports facility but it is not value for money. you can get hostels, pgs, or flats as per your need at lesser price.

one should have maths in their 12th standard, or have completed their graduation in maths or computer science to apply in MCA course. you can apply online to initiate addmission process, or visit university campus for direct admission.

the faculty to student ratio is accepatable and GU is taking care to improve it, so it is not a big issue. the most of the faculty are well behaved and professional we can connect and interact with teachers easily.
