- Campus Life is very good in DDU gorakhpur university. Infrastructure is very good.
- Faculty members are highly qualified. They completed their PhD from best colleges like IIT, MMMUT, etc
Dislikes
- Placement is not so good. The average package is 2 to 3 LPA.
- There is shortage of drinking water in some departments but it will be fixed in some days.
Hostel Facilities:
The hostel facility is slightly fair. They provide each room for 2 students. Each bed, table, almirah for a single person. New hostel will be provided for BTech and BCA students. The meal quality is not so good but it will be better in few months as new vice chancellor came. The hostel fees is medium and maximum people's afford it. If you rented a room, 3000 for 2 persons will be given in nearby localities like Chatra Sangh, Golghar, Mohaddipur, Railway station etc.

Bed mattress,fan, table, chair all the things are provided with out extra cost. Meal quality is upto the mark.menu is simple north indian. Registration for hostel takes place at time of admission itself.for hostel 500per month charges are applied.hostel is with in college campus.

The hostel facility is great with flooding and lodging is available at a genuine cost. As the campus is near the railway station and the national highway is 1.5 km, transport connectivity is great for students from any area within a 200km radius.

Hostel management is not good due to poor mess food. Also, security is not good in the campus hostel. For the hostel, the online application form is applied. One-time fees are charged Rs 22000 per year including the hostel mess. Every room has a cupboard, chairs, wifi, light, and fans. The hostel is not good for an allotment so take any rooms or PG which are far better than the hostel on the campus.

I rented a PG nearby Paidleganj which is 1 km away from the main campus. They gave me a room with a separate bathroom and kitchen. They charged Rs 3500 per month for two students. We have to make food by ourselves and the room has all kinds of facilities like Fans electricity bulbs cupboards etc.
