CSJMU M.Sc Yoga FAQs
Ques. What is the difference between M.Sc Yoga and MA Yoga at CSJMU? Which one should I choose?
Ans. The key difference lies in the eligibility and orientation of the two programmes. M.Sc Yoga is designed for students who have completed a B.Sc degree and takes a more scientific and research-oriented approach to yoga, covering topics like anatomy, physiology, and yoga therapy in greater depth.
