3rd &4th semester students are eligible for campus placement in 2 year courses. Approximately 10 companies visit per year with offers of around 40 to 50. The highest package was of 14 LPA & avg package is of around 4 LPA.
In the final year students are eligible for placements. For the last couple of years, students had faced troubles in their placements due to the pandemic. In the previous batch, only some students managed to get placed.
The campus placement is good in AMU. Students become eligible after 3rd semester for placements. Tata, amazon, Larson and tubro, wipro, ctc, htc etc. The highest package of 2019 was 10 LPA and minimum was 3 LPA. An average of 4.8 LPA is seen according to official website. Around 50-60% students opt for campus placements. Companies from middle east also arrive at amu for hiring. I planned to prepare for ssc along with my MBA in Amu as there is facility of library and wifi and hostel room available to almost all the students every year in MBA. But the plan is not in action due to the pandemic but the degree is not atopling as online classes are going on.
In the 3rd semester, students are eligible for placements. MC Berger, Tata, TCI and many more companies came over here. The highest package was 30 LPA. My plan is to start up a business before this I want to do a job in a company for getting some experience even I start planning and making contacts.
I have an Idea of placement because i am connected with numbers of seniors. Most of the seniors who wants job and sincere got the job even in the era of pandemic. That's demonstrate the value and quality of AMU MBA. I am also doing a marketing internship at white Hat Jr. this opportunity has been provided us by placement cell of university. Basically, Placement is very good most of the students 60-70 % gets placed with attractive packages.
The Training and placement office is responsible for all sorts of placement activities and the hiring processes. They have chosen out some active and skilled students and made a committee to reach out to each and every student. I am a member of this committee and i feel that it is the best approach to develop yourself. Because being a Member of Committee we have to build and maintain the relationship with various companies. so I can perceive what kind of skills and knowledge corporate wants and demands.
Campus placements take place every year but not each and every student is placed. Some are left behind. It also depends upon the performance of students. Big companies such as LG, ITC, Honda etc come here for placement. Overall placement is above average here.
Only a few students get on-campus placements. The majority of the students opt out of placements themselves in order to pursue their dream of entrepreneurship. Companies offer good packages to the student. The major recruiters are axis bank and ICICI Bank.
From the 3rd semester students are eligible for the campus placements and in our college number of companies come for the placements. The companies are from each sector of MBA i. e. Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, IB, Islamic Banking, etc. And the companies are like Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, IIFL, HCL, IBM, Yes Bank, Nerolac Paints, Berger Paints, Toppers, BYJU'S, Saudi Azmi(Riyadh based company) The average package of the placements are 3 to 5 lakh and the highest package is up to 10 lakh. Almost 60 to 70 percent of students getting placements from campus. My plan is to get a job in any financial sector.
- Since 4th semester for jobs and 2nd semester for internships - Amazon, Zomato, Accenture, Wipro, Whitehat jr. etc - I dont know much about the packages offered by the companies - Around 50% students gets placed - My plan is to get a job in operations

Unfortunately, B.Ed course is not available to the students in distance or online mode but rather only in full-time on-campus mode to the students.
