You should read this if you are about to start your journey with Vellore Institute of Technology!

The tution fees is 80k for category 1 and 98 k for category 2 with a caution deposit of 3k for both categories. Having a cgpa more than 9 or percentage more than 90 in undergraduate will help you to get an scholarship of 50% of the tution fee.

The positives and negatives of VIT

Dislikes

Exams every 30 days causes increased and unecessary stress on the students
reletive grading system can sometime feel unfair since it emphasizes the competition among students

For an M.Sc in Applied Microbiology, I am currently paying Rs.80,000 per year. Scholarships are not available for the general category and hence I'm unaware of it. Apart from the tuition fee, there is minimal fees that need to be paid.

Per year the fees sum upto 80,000 inr for msc in applied microbiology, there's no other fees for development or lab fees. lab fees is taken only when the glasswares are broken. College offers vaious scholarships for especially girls.

The year wise fees structure is almost 35000-40000. The yearwise fees includes the tution fees, caution fees, registraton fees, admission fees, dev. fees & the lab fees. If u're from the reserved catagory sometime u can get a less discount. Scholarship are also available for students.

For this course fee is affordable our complete tuition fee is 75000 and in final year we have to pay 1500 for marksheet and 4500 as alumni fee and 3500 for placement. We have several number of opportunity for the campus placement and we also have opportunity for going to abroad for higher studies.

Curriculum and course structure is very good

The fee structure is 82000 for the first year and 86000 for the second year including all the fees. Vit provides lots of scholarship for the eligible students. Also they are providing scholarships for rank holders which is pure motivation for students.

Course Curriculum and faculty way of teaching is great. with advanced tools and techniques.

when it comes to tuition fee . it is around 82000 inr for the first year and 80000 inr for the second year. for the rank holders they are awarding some scholorships which is very much useful and it is very much motivating to study more and more. Vit provides lots and lots of opportunity in scholorships only for the eligibile peoples. after verifying all the information of the people if they are eligible then the diffiernet scholorships are provided. and i have not taken any job roles in collage

A DAY IN VIT THAN A LIFE IN VIT

library- we have books in e form and also the library is huge with all books

the fees for some courses are more than those of other colleges but it is manageable and the education and opportunities they provide are worth the money, when it comes to extra payments like college cultural fees, expenses during spending time out with friends cost more sometimes. The for arrears each subject its around 6000 rupees. they have a huge scholarship for students who come from low backgrounds and students who score more marks in the university.

Honest review of VIT[Vellore]

I like college the curriculum and things to improve our personlity

Our college methos is slot timings. From morning 8 clock class is there and evening 7.30 class is also there, it is difficult to students who come far away.

My course structure is 80000. It is same fo all. If we provide documents and ask for scholarship they will provide for that. Campus interviews are less for M.sc. The job roles are also relevent to my carrer and course. Mostly stipend provided are coming for placements.

The companies which come for Biotechnology/ Lifesciences recruitments are BioCoin, Dr. Reddy’s, LabCorp, GSK, Pharma ACE, OG, Stryker, Strand. Most of the offers around 42 were made by OG Company for Biotechnology Students.
