I am studying at government thiruvannamalai medical college in tamil nadu district which is under the MGR university.I didnt opt the college as such.I got my MBBS seat in this college by allotment. My first options were medical colleges in kerala. And i didnt get seat over there as my marks were not adequate. I have gone for one year entrance coaching in brilliant pala to get a seat for medicine. It was my parents wish and now ofcourse mine too.
MMC is one of the prestigious medical colleges in India and so who wouldn't miss the opportunity to study there. Speaking of the academical aspect, a very good clinical exposure can be obtained in MMC.
My overall experience with the college was pretty good. Starting from my lectures to the teaching faculty to the stay in the hostel, everyone was very decent, obedient and nice to each other. The facilities of the college are good too.
Understudies are required to show up and finish the NEET-UG test for clinical understudies. After the declaration of NEET results understudies are required to apply for Counseling of their separate states. As per the positioning of their separate imprints they can apportion a seat in their favored school accessible. Affirmation should be possible immediately with understudies unique archives and distribution request. Velammal can be picked in the directing meeting.
I'm always grateful and proud of being a student of Coimbatore Medical College. The Institution offers best medical education for the students. Teachers and the management tries hard to maje capable, intelligent students out of the Campus.
The college does not have a lot of intake every year. There are limited number of seats and only selected students get admission. The students must be pass in intermediate with 50% and have got good rank in NEET.
Admission is based on the NEET scorecard and the percentage of achievement at the intermediate level in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I was fortunate to enter this college. The entrance rules are excellent and strict.
Students must attend the NEET-UG exam for medical students. After the NEET results are announced, students must apply for counseling in their respective states. They can get a seat in the college that is available to them according to their rankings. Students can immediately register using the original documents and assignment order.
You need to pass 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks, and also clear the cut-off in NEET UG entrance. If you got both of these then you will be called for counselling if your marks meet the required merit.
