Campus life is very beautiful and very greenery i will give you peaceful field work also awesome
In fact, the bank is also placing opportunities towards agriculture students.
Hostel is pretty neat and we have good essential facilities.

Dislikes

Since it is inside forest there is no sports activities
Mess food, mess food is pretty good but not worth the money
Since the college is inside forest we have to walk 1.5 kilometer for nearest small shop. And we have to go in bus for 5 kilometer for nearest town

Ac Ri Killikulam, A fun filled curicullum

Likes

The campus is greenish with fields and surrounded by mountains
Seniors are so friendly and staffs are good enough
All lab facilities are provided with good maintanance

Dislikes

Transport facility is not proper around the college
Climate is too hot in this area throughout the year
Hostels are little bit looks congested for me

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course personally for the practical applications on the agricultural fields We daily have to work 4 to 5 hours in the fields We collect insects,diseased leaves and plant specimes for examination purpose

Memories that never Fade

Likes

The surroundings are clean and greenish.College is surrounded by mountains
Staffs are very kind and polite. They take care of students
All lab facilities are available.Class room are digitalized.

Dislikes

Mess food is not that much good but okay
Hostel facilities are not good. Small rooms are not available.
Bikes are not allowed. Not cycle allowed.

Placement Experience:

Student not have any arrear for placement.. The interview is done at TNAU Coimbatore. Salary Start from 15000 to 25000.. If you are no place man then we can focus on group exams.. After getting my dear focus on group exam . TNPSC is one of the best group exam in Tamilnadu..

The first thing that it was a govt college and hence the fee Structure is less as compared to other colleges
Senior junior interaction is very friendly
All facilities and labs are available in the college itself and doesn't depend on any others

Dislikes

This college is far away from city.So that we could travel more to buy anything we want.
Transport facility is also something less
There is less Teacher Student interaction.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect of the students should be to crack Higher exams. This course definitely prepares you as a good aspirant for the Govt. Exams since it contains most of the syllabus. The mathematical area is something low on this field.So kindly try to improve something that related to mathematics. The final theory examination must be completed within 2.30 hours and mid semester exam must be completed within 45 mins.

TNAU - A Home out of Home

Likes

The college atmosphere is so good and we shall get hands on training in most of the syllabus
We shall go for IV often for the selective subjects. It will give you memories.
Career guidance will be given and we have a placement advisory cell and the centre for students welfare. More functions will be conducted.

Dislikes

Poor hostel, water facility and cleanliness

Placement Experience:

Canpus placements are available, around 20 companies in a year will be visiting the college regularly and will be taking our students in the campus. The average package will be 15 thousand per month. Placement officer is also there in our college

About my universe

Likes

The main thing I like about my college is its infrastructure.
Then I like field practical studies which is captivating
Hostel ambience is good and it provides best atmospheric for studies.

Dislikes

Mess food is not quite palatable. It needs to be corrected.
Even though the classes are interesting, timing of classes is lengthy.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is limited nowadays. The salary package holds an average amount of 30000 rupees . Percentage of students attempting and getting placement is mid. I have planned for post graduate in genetics.

The environment here is so natural and feel good
The practical classes are very useful in fields
Crop production course is unforgettable one

Dislikes

The time schedule here is so hectic from 7.30am - 5pm
Writing works are too heavy to do and often get stressed
Attendence percentage maintanence is another tough job

Course Curriculum Overview:

Practical exposure is moreeeee The curriculum covers almost all of the field other than agri sector so it is mostly helpful for students to attend competitive exams . Improvement to be done is to make the course some more practical rather theoretical classes

College life experience

Likes

University power on education is good and excellent
Infrastructure of the university and my college is awesome
Teaching is good the faculty experience on their courses really good

Dislikes

Hostel food is not good ,very poor ,need to change
No transport facilities in my college, only own transport
Class timings is slightly disappointing us

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities is good like seed companies , fertilizer companies etc otherwise through government exam we can become a government officer,for cracking toughest exams agriculture is a tool for that

Likes

I like the entire campus with greenish environment
There is no disturbance from the outside city where the campus and hostel are inside a village
I am very pleasure for having the knowledgable faculties to teach us

Dislikes

Transport facilities are very poor for reaching the college
Hostel infrastructure is slightly poor for the fees we provide

Course Curriculum Overview:

Agriculture plays a pivotal role in our country. There is always a scope in both the public and private sector for agriculture. So, that is the reason I chose this course. By this course I experienced a lot in my life about the outside world by the Study tour of South India and All India Study Tour. The exams are moderate to face in both the theory and practical aspects.

RVS management atrocities

Likes

Spacious grounds for sports like cricket, football, and hockey ,Courts for volleyball, basketball, and tennis . Tracks for athletics and running.
Shade trees and greenery, providing a peaceful atmosphere.
There are lots of trees providing fruits and shades.

Dislikes

The management system was worst and low grade fully favour for politics.
There is no any improvement in infrastructure and worst behaviour of staffs
The hostel food is very worst and contains lots of contaminants and unhygienic so students get sick after getting food

Course Curriculum Overview:

Learnt about lots of pest and disease related in agricultural and horticulture crops Know about agronomy practices Very tough examinations and passing is difficult There is no improvement in farmer and agriculture students in this course

Life at agri college

Likes

I liked the infrastructure of the college its quite modern and smart techo are added
The food provided here are hygiene and taste better
The course is so useful and it teaches us a lot

Dislikes

The management sometimes they are so against the will of students
The study routine followed here ofcourse its.a tough source but it feels stressful.sometimes u must know to tackle all this
There is no more cultural programmes which is a major disappointment

The course curriculum is vast there are totally 8 semesters and each semester have more than 9 courses it's an plus and minus at a same time we get to know about the subject matter upto a depth but we can't cope up with the burden of syllabus so we have to manage to it accordingly
