Course Curriculum Overview

We will be studying around 68 course in the 4 years. The subjects are chosen in the way that we might get a huge and wide exposure in all the subjects. Even personalitu and communication skills, physical education, yoga, are part of course.

Placement Experience

Canpus placements are available, around 20 companies in a year will be visiting the college regularly and will be taking our students in the campus. The average package will be 15 thousand per month. Placement officer is also there in our college

Fees and Financial Aid

Hi , I'm Naveen kumar , a student of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. In this Institution we will be paying ?40000/year as semester fee for science stream and 40000 + 80000/ year for self supporting courses like Agri business management, Biotechnology and Other Agri related Engineering courses. The Tamil nadu government will be providing 4500/sem as tution fee for the First graduate students. Science stream SC/ST students would get around ?60000/year (Family annual income less than 2.5L)and 10000/year for BC/ MBC students. Those who opt for self supporting course may get a sum of amount much higher than Science stream students.

Campus Life

We have colege function like Sangamithra , in which the total UG students will be separated into 4 houses and they will be participating in all competitions and attain the victory (A trophy). Muthamizh vizha will also ne conducted.

Hostel Facilities

Four to Five members will be sharing a room and A room consists of a cot for all. We should be taking a bed for ourselves, toilet will be cleaned once in a while. We may get water scarcity sometimes. We shall have a hostel day every year which will be of huge fun.

Admission

I have chosen this college as it is nearer to my hometown and personally I like Agriculture. I have also applied for veterinary college and research institute in Chennai, but currently doing in Tamilnadu Agricultural University.

Faculty

Most of the faculty ate much experienced and specialized in their respective courses. The exam weightage will be (20+40+60) = ( midsemester + practical+ final theory). The exams will be easy to get a pass.

This course have the last two semester that is the fourth year as all India study tour rave and experiential learning in which you have no exams from the TNAU by rather than focusing on field in our experiences of the student by the students are placed upon in particular village allotted to area office so the students would face the struggles and experience of an agricultural officer in field level and get contact with the farmer and intraway we also get many certificates it will be useful for as career in all India study tour we are exposed to various states and cities of total India we will travel to various station in located in all over the country and we also get a huge exposure to it in inexperiential learning we are allowed to choose two modules in which one for one subject based upon the college this providing at the time we get exposure up on the practical and the industrial aspects of how to produce something either in the field of agriculture Horticulture aquaculture poultry etcetera. Clampes you based upon agriculture aspect and it is also useful for UPSC aspirants too improvements is that you can add some transportation facilities from main city to this college because it's located in the rural area and also there are need to be more labs of higher advanced the exam is for two and half for a 40 marks of the final year exam and the practical exam maybe depend upon external who comes mostly it is also around some three hours and The Viva may extend up to many time based upon external and the midsem for 1 hour

Only after 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement but without arrears. Bayers , Tata Rallis, auxin bio science, this are fertilizer companies . I am interested in studying science. Student:faculty ratio is 40:450 Phd scholar only teach through projector rarely used board to teach One or two MSC scholar also teach Midsem conduct for 20 marks, practical exam for 40 marks, sem end exam conducted for 60 marks. Totally we have to take 65 marks to pass. That is more difficult. because there is no time to study full syllabus
