Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Part-time M.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
Candidate must have passed B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engg. Electronics and Instrumentation Engg., Electronics and Telecom Engg, Electronics Engg ,Telecommunication Engg, Applied Electronics Telecommunication Engg, Communication Engg Computer and Communication Engg., Electronics and Computer Engg., Electronic and Electrical Communication Engg, Electronics Design Technology. Electronics Science and Engg. , Information & Comm. Technology with a minimum of 60% marks for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC or at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) and 55% marks in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates or 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) from a recognized university/Institute. Final-year appearing students may also apply on a provisional basis.

All the above branches are equally good in terms of curriculum and job opportunities so your preference and inclination that should determine the right one for you.
