The two-year MBA uses a two-stage selection: a profile-based shortlist, then a Personal Interview at Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, or Udaipur campus. IIM Udaipur does not participate in IIM CAP and runs its shortlisting independently.
- Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PwD). Final-year applicants may apply.

Executive MBA (EMBA) Admission Process
EMBA requires a minimum of 36 months of full-time post-graduation work experience as of May 20, 2027. The programme accepts GMAT, GRE, or CAT (2022 or later). Candidates without any of these may take the IIMU Test, an online exam of 120 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes.
- Applications reviewed on a rolling basis across four cycles. Earlier cycles offer a better chance as seats fill progressively.
- Selection: Online Personal Interview after shortlisting. Final merit considers academic profile, work experience quality, test score, and PI performance.
BBA (Hons.) Admission Process
IIM Udaipur BBA is open to any Class XII student from a recognised board, including NIOS, from any stream. No entrance exam or minimum percentage cut-off applies. The programs will be inaugurated from April or May tentatively at the IIM Udaipur. IIM Udaipur offers MBA, MBA-GSCM, MBA-DEM, PGDBA-WE, and PhD as its major courses.
