- The college's infrastructure is extremely good. The classrooms are well suited for discussions. The class rooms are equiped with projectors LEDs.
- The teaching pedagogy is case based discussions. The professors are really great and their teaching skills are amazing. The academic curriculum is rigorous.
- Inclusivity and Diversity is extremely good. People from all over india from different backround, different cultures, work experience etc are admitted.
Dislikes
- The mess food is average only. It is not pay per meal. If it was pay per meal it would have been more convenient.
- The college is situated near aravalli hills. It is a very beautiful place visually but the city is 10-15 km away from the college and we need to travel a lot.
- The reimbursement process through the student body for club activities is really time consuming.
Admission:
I applied for IIMK PGP - BL programme but didnt clear the interview. Then i got selected in IIMU DEM programme. I mainly chose this program because of its relevance to current digital era. The admission process involves applying for the college and submitting the video resume. Once selected there is an interview after which the selected list is rolled out. There are 5 phases of admissions. CTA/GRE/GMAT scores are accepted.

The admission process was very smoth and transparent. IIM Udaipur releases The overall marks of the candidates and is very unique. However the whole process is very time consuming which is a con that I found.

- Academics though challenging gives you an opportunity to learn a lot.

- Less on-site opportunities where students can learn first hand.
- Campus was still under construction so a lot was missed.
Admission:
There is a 2 step and sometimes 3 step process for admission. First is the CAT (common aptitude test) and based on the percentile scored you get shortlisted for the interview round which is around 96 for the general category. You get selected based on the overall score with different weightage given to CAT score, Interview, work experience and X, XII and grad marks.
The overall process is usually smooth but the gap between them is sometimes in months.

- Campus life is amazing. You will enjoy like nothing. These will be the best 2 years of your college and you will not forget them to the rrst of your life, People here are not that intelligent but they are fun to hangout with,
- It is the best new IIM, the city is great and people come from far away to roam around Udaipur.
- Academics is also good here. Even though people don't focus on it but the curriculum is good.
Dislikes
- Case competition culture is not at all present. No body cares about case comms and it is a big concern for an MBA college
- Quality of students is sub-par. The students are not great at all. People here mostly care about other things then studies and placements
- Placements are still a concern, even though they are not baad but there is a lot to work on.
Admission:
You need to take CAT Exam for getting admission into IIM Udaipur. Generally the cutoff for General category is around 96 percentile to get a interview call. After that a CAP Interview round is conducted then the overall result is declared. In the entire process they consider 10th, 12th, Under-grad, CAT and interview scores.

Simple and straightforward. It was a standard process. It was completely transparent and i had complete trust on the admissions committee. The exam undertaken was CAT 2022 and I had secured around 98 percentile

- The campus is beautiful and picturesque nestled in the Aravalli hills. The hostel accommodation are nice. All students get their own rooms with all the basic facilities and cleaning services.
- The faculty members are extremely helpful and understanding. Always ready to guide. Many of them have vast and tremendous experience.
- The course curriculum is well-designed and adds overall value in your understanding of perspectives.
Dislikes
- During monsoon, the campus gets insect-prone. It can become a problem for few students.

Admission:
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed institution. They should have minimum perentage of 55%.
After checking eligibility, they have to take CAT, which usually takes place in month of november every year. The form for CAT can be found on iimcat.ac.in Fill out the form and choose all the IIMs you want to participate in. The cut off for Udaipur was 92 percentile. Apart from overall cutoff, sectional cutoff needs to be cleared as well.

Admission:
Admission to IIM Udaipur is through the CAP process. Initially, you must appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT- iimcat.ac.in) and choose all the IIMs you want to be admitted into. After you clear the cut-off for each of the sections in the test, you will get a call through an email saying CAP admissions. No different form has to be filled except for the CAT registration form for the CAP round, it is purely selection based. This CAP process includes New IIMs like Udaipur, Trichy, Ranchi, etc. The CAP process in 2022 (CAT exam 2021) was online with one Interview round, which tested personality and confidence. The results of the CAP round are usually announced in mid-May, following which the confirmed students need to pay Rs 100000 as a confirmation fee which would be deducted from the actual 1st term fee amount.

The admission was through an entrance exam CAT followed by PI. The application starts at CAT 2023 in September each year. The application fee is approx 2000 and graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria followed by some cap of 10 and 12 per cent.

Your gender and category play a very insignificant role in determining your chances of getting admission. As a girl you will be given 5 marks extra owing to gender diversity. And your Category will require you percentile lesser than the general category. But these factors are not the major parameters for selecting candidates. The major criterias include your past academic records and work experience. The weightages allotted to these components can be checked from the official website.
Considering your profile here is my opinion regarding the percentile required to guarantee your admission.
- 90+ — 100% chances
- 85–90 - Almost 100% chances
- 80–85 - May or may not get a call though chances for getting a call are more
- 70–80 - Chances of getting a call are relatively low
Please note that this is guaranteed only if you clear category specific cut-offs.

Yes, IIM Udaipur considers the valid scores of previous academics (10th, 12th etc.). The following will be the breakup of previous academics:
There are 60 seats for the general categories, 32 seats for the OBC, 28 for the SC, and for the ST category there are 10 seats reserved at the IIM Udaipur. How many seats are available in general category? Out of the total 5500 plus seats across all IIMs for admission, a sizeable chunk of the seats are reserved for certain groups of students. A total of 809 seats belong to the OBC categories, 538 seats are reserved for SC/ST categories, and the remaining seats are left for EWS and PwD categories.
