The teaching pedagogy is case based discussions. The professors are really great and their teaching skills are amazing. The academic curriculum is rigorous.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Tuition Fees: 20,00,000 a year Hostel Fees: 2,30,000 a year for Executive accomdation and if standard room it is 60000 lesser. But for one year MBA usually we get Executive accomdation which is more spacious with attcahed bathroom. Refundable Caution deposit: 30,000

IIM Udaipur - A great but incomplete place for a full time MBA

Academics though challenging gives you an opportunity to learn a lot.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Tution fee at my time from 2018-20 was 2 lakh per trimester which comes to 12 lacs for the course. Apart from this there is an additional hostel and mess charges which comes around 25000-30000 per trimester. Now the total fee has gone up around 20 lacs for the MBA program. There is a scholarship program for students belonging to poor families with a max allowed familiy income. There is a placement department and a team which conduts the placements during 5th and 6th trimester and the current average CTC offered is around 20 lacs.

Academics is also good here. Even though people don't focus on it but the curriculum is good.

Dislikes

Case competition culture is not at all present. No body cares about case comms and it is a big concern for an MBA college
Quality of students is sub-par. The students are not great at all. People here mostly care about other things then studies and placements

Fees and Financial Aid:

Total fees for the course is around 22 Lakh and you will also spend around 1.5-2 Lakh in the course duration atleast.You might think that it wont be the case but trust me, when it comes to MBA there are a lot of parties and other expenses even though you have paid for everything beforehand. There are scholarships floated after getting into this college but they are mostly for reserved category people. If you are from general then forget about the scholarship.

Currently, the fee is 22 lacs. It is increasing every year, as many other IIMs are doing. There are various scholarship opportunities for meritorious students, who top their classes and overall as well. There is provision for financial assistance also for people who needs them. The institute checks the eligibility and provides it accordingly. As with most IIMs, the campus placement is quite good here. It has been achieving 100% placement records year after year.

Overall Experience in IIM Udaipur

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees are slightly at the higher end as compared to that of the New IIMs, but taking an educational loan is very easy with floating interest rates. Many banks also have their desks on campus during the Induction and Registration process. Scholarship and Finacial Assistance can be availed by providing relevant proofs and the process is quite smooth.

IIM Shortlist 2024 has been released by IIMs for the academic batch of 2024-26 for PGP courses. IIM CAP PI process concludes on March 2, 2024. The final IIM shortlist will probably be released in May 2024. Candidates can check their IIM PI shortlist status 2024 on the websites of IIM Udaipur. They can check the IIM shortlist status by registering on the portal and logging in with their CAT ID and generated password.
