Life at Banasthali

Likes

the mess food here is much better as compared to other colleges.
the hostels here are really nice and well maintained , even compared to IITs.
everything is available in the campus itself.

Dislikes

there are a lot wifi issues in quite a few places.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are really good for Btech courses. The companies for placements start coming as early as 6th semester. Multiple well known companies come like Adobe , microsoft , Goldman sachs , Braclays , VISA , Cisco etc. highest package has gone for 35 LPA and on average its 10 LPA. 90-95% students get placed. after getting my degree i plan to work for sometime before pursuing my masters.

Decent college for the girls

Likes

I like the experience they provide , the opportunities ,the confidence I have after being in this college for 3 years , the competition here .
The other activities other than studies in sports and creativity is also quite good.
The nature here is very calming . It feels relaxed when you see sunset or sunrise while sitting alone or with your friends in evening or morning.

Dislikes

I do not like the paper work for everything here . Most of the formalities are still running in paper work in this Ai world, which is hectic.
I didn't like the lack of exposure here.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle,bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

Here we get full security, and pure environment full of greeneries and beautiful birds, peacocks, and many more animals who never cause any harm to anyone.
Faculties over here are well qualified and talented. Most of them holding PhD degree
We get confirmed campus selection irrespective of our branch and field

Dislikes

Network connection is very bad because the university is in a very remote area
Mess food is healthy but they have no taste. Our taste buds have almost died if canteens won't be here
College fee is costly but also market inside campus is also very costly. As we are not allowed to go out of campus w/o parents permission letter which take days to reach us via post, so this shopkeepers take advantage of that.

Placement Experience:

In Banasthali getting internship is very easy .. we have lots of oppurtunities over her. I'm in first yr but still through suggestion from my faculties i got admission into launched which is providing me certificate in Web development course and also i am assigned with major project of creating a website where one can see animes and track their watching playlists. Campus selction of most of the students are confirmed here just nearly of 5-10 students could not make upto due to their lack of skills. Many renowned companies like AMAZON, MICROSOFT, AIRTEL, DELOITTE, etc.. visit our campus regularly. Highest package this yr reached upto 25 lpa while average package was 9-11 lpa. According to my knowledge in my branch 90% of seniors got placed with respectfull packages like 18, 16, 10 lpas and reemaining 7% seniors got median package of 7-9 lpa .

Banasthali Vidyapeeth is best!!

Our campus is one of the most safe and secured place for girls as in our hostels too we have female guards.
It is at a location where there ain't much things but peace more than expected.
Students here live with utmost Harmony and compassion as that is how we are taught here.

Dislikes

Our uniform is 80s style and I think at least full length trousers and all should be made instead of traditional dress that we have.

Placement Experience:

Our college has given us training as i am in my final year and a month back we all got placed. So, 100% placements have happened and we all have appointments from top IT companies that operates in India. Overseas placements also have happened but last year all placements happened within the country itself.

Likes

Co curricular activities are very good here
Atmosphere and vibe of the college is positive
Academics are very great here in this college

Dislikes

Girls to boys ratio is 1 is to 0 as it is a women's university
Food is not so good but can be managed somehow
Process for leave is very long and tiring

They provide assignments and proper assistance to each and every subject to make it easy and understood so this made me to choose this course the faculty make their best to teach the subject so that every student know the kry concepts of subject

Faculty and the way of teaching is very excellent also our faculty male sure that we understood everything and have notes of every topic .
Placement service is also very good they make sure that every one is placed
The teaching method is smart and they use mostly practical implementation in order to make things understand to us.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about this college according to me.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses they provide are like operating system c++ java AI Machine learning and many more and they give projects real world project in order to make things easier also faculty provide help at each step so that we are able to tackle the challenges.

Good education System- best teachers, friendly in nature and helpfull. Help students to grow
Provide students to build their idea into reality by funding there ideas to turn it into a startup
Environment here.... full of positivity, greenary, pollution free, clean air.... make you feel lively

Dislikes

There hospital facility, it is not that developed and sometimes in emergency we have to rush to jaipur to seek medication
lack of exposure, Banasthali girls are not allowed to go to out to seek exposure, and to connect with other people in person as they have to seek a lots of permission from college and parent and even after that it is not confirm that they will allow
Leave application system, its too hectic and lengthy

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college is good. every year almost there is 100 % of placement rate and good companies like microsoft, adobe, oracle, ANZ, NAB, and many such big companies come to our campus for hiring purpose and give a good package average of 8 to 9 lakhs package. For instance lets share about the package VISA offers in our campus id of 32 lakhs CTC, ANZ offers 12.5 ctc + variable and mostly company provide such good start to our careers

Likes

Placemnents are soo good in my college. Computer science students nearly get 100% placement
Hostels are in such a good condition. The rooms are clean too
Campus is soo huge and peaceful. You will be anywhere you go inside the campus

Dislikes

You cant go outside the campus without your parents wriiten approval even in case of emergencies.
online delievery system is little slow compare to the outer world
You cant order anything without the permission of warden.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester, comapnies startted to come for summer internship and from 7th semeneter, comapnies staeted to come for olacemnets. Highest pavkage that gone so far is 48lpa and average package is 8lpa.

The campus is amazing although it is closed
Faculty is very experienced and are really helpful

Dislikes

Closed campus. We need to get gate passes made to go out of campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is similar to IITs and NITs. Semester exams are tough. The labs are very well equipped so you actually get good learnings but there's definitely lack of industrial exposure which is only available in the 8th sem during internship period.

Vanasthali in a nutshell

Likes

The college is very clean and simple and is kept very tidy
The food there is very hygienic and clean and its very good in flavour
The environment there is very good and very rural like

Dislikes

Teachers there are very strict and can scold you occasionally
I don't like the academic curriculum over there
We have to walk everywhere we don't have facilities provided

My sister chose to pursue her graduation and post-graduation from Banasthali Vidyapith. She enjoyed all of the benefits of staying on campus, such as participating in extracurricular activities, being autonomous, and so on.

Check the following points for a brief review of Banasthali University:

In terms of academics, Banasthali University has a lot to offer. It is a strong contender in many of them - computer science, MBA, Home Science, Literature and Language, Social Sciences, Mathematics, and so on.
It also has adequate sports facilities, but they can be improved. Banasthali University does not have separate coaches for many sports.
The only thing that would bother you is the strength of the classrooms. At times, it will be completely unacceptable
Banasthali VIdyapith fee structure is also inexpensive, despite any financial difficulties, you can easily cover the costs of most of the courses.

Overall, Banasthali University offers a wonderful experience. Despite its flaws as an institution, it has many characteristics that make it wonderful and valuable.
