Course Curriculum Overview

5

The five fold activities that are required for us to take really changes the game for me personally. As for academics , it well implemented that it prepares us for the real world challenges well. They could add a few more extra courses that are needed in todays world , keeping up with technology like cloud computing. The unit tests happen after 1 month and then finals as i mentioned before. the difficulty level is medium for the exams.

Internships Opportunities

5

Multiple companies have come for summer internship offers to provide Btech CSE , CS-AI and IT branches the role of software engineer summer intern position , providing an average of 80k stipend. Prominent companies like Adobe , Microsoft , Goldman sach , barclays , sprinklr, rippling, BNY , Cisco , VISA , Oracle have come so far.

Placement Experience

5

The placements here are really good for Btech courses. The companies for placements start coming as early as 6th semester. Multiple well known companies come like Adobe , microsoft , Goldman sachs , Braclays , VISA , Cisco etc. highest package has gone for 35 LPA and on average its 10 LPA. 90-95% students get placed. after getting my degree i plan to work for sometime before pursuing my masters.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise , close to 260000 fees is paid by the btech CSE students. This includes everything (tuition, hostel, other fees). Considering B.Tech and how costly it is , this is very affordable. Scholarships of upto 10000 is provided to the students with low family income and other scholarships for students of other castes and states.

Campus Life

5

We have a lot of fests of different Courses. the technical fest for BTech students is called mayush which happens in usually March or April every year. We also have a\Apaji Mela that happens every year in November. All types of books are avilable in the central library and there are also libraries in each academic building as well. All sorts of facilities and technologies are provided here. All sorts of sports are provided here as well.

Hostel Facilities

5

The room provides with a bed , study table and almirah to store your stuff. We are provided with electricty and water 24/7. The quality of food is much better than that of other colleges. The menu is diverse as well. The registration is easy , they scan your ID card and give you a slip. The hostels are already alloted according to the year and branch beforehand. The hostel fees is 60,000 per semester.

Admission

I applied to a bunch of colleges and the reason i didnt take them because the seats for CSE were already filled and i wanted to get a seat in my desired branch on my own. I chose banasthali because for one i was getiing my desired branch as well as the fees was cheaper than any college and because the safety they provided as a female student in india. The admission process is very simple , the tentaive rank that you get is 50% board marks and the other 50 the marks you got in the entrance exam. the eligibility criteria is 60% in PCM.

Faculty

5

The faculty-to-student ratio depends upon the courses but on average its 1 teacher for every 100 student. The faculty is very nice and approachable. My DAA teacher in particular was very nice , she would be willing to take our doubts even at midnight before exams. there are 2 unit tests of 10 marks each that happens after a month and final exams at the end of the semester. the exams are not that difficult , 98% students clear the exams. the courses are very relevant to the curriculum. Banasthali follow the same curriculum as that of IIT.

Night Life

5

The hostel gates close at 9 pm sharp. Most of the spots close near to 8:30. The famous places would be the canteens , stadium and the lake here. The whole campus area is safe to roam around in the evening.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen the course because I want to learn about modern technology. And to learn about the activities performed in the constitutional areas. The qualifications of our faculty are that they have done m.tech in civil engineering. The timely exams are held for a time duration of 6 months and it is not much difficult to pass.

The overall remark would be neutral. There are places where the college was too good like skill development and seminars. On the other hand it had some serious drawbacks like no internship for engineering students And the placement was also not up to the mark.
