Course Curriculum Overview

5

Banasthali vidyapith's curriculum is comprehensive and focus of 5 fold acitivities which make us capable of doing sports like cricket, badminton, horse riding, aviation etc. overall, it provided a strong academic foundation with a progressive approach. our college teaching methods are good and exam timings are also good they give us full 3hours for completing our exams

Internships Opportunities

5

The college provide us with a great number of companies to apply in internship for example DRDO, CRIS, CDAC, IIT DELHI. these are some of the government organisations where we go for internship which is unpaid but there are many companies come to our campus that offer paid internships like VISA, GOLDMANN SACHS, AMERICAN EXPRESS, ORACLE, APTIV, BNY MELLON, AIRTEL, Amazon, ETC they offer a stipend to the student ranges from 15k to 1lakh.

Placement Experience

5

Placement of my college is good. every year almost there is 100 % of placement rate and good companies like microsoft, adobe, oracle, ANZ, NAB, and many such big companies come to our campus for hiring purpose and give a good package average of 8 to 9 lakhs package. For instance lets share about the package VISA offers in our campus id of 32 lakhs CTC, ANZ offers 12.5 ctc + variable and mostly company provide such good start to our careers

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure of Banasthali Vidyapith Total annual fees: Rs. 2,64,500 Tution fees: Rs. 1,54,500 hostel fees: Rs. 60,000 security deposit: Rs 10,000 yes banasthali provide need cum merit scholarship based o student's grade. these scholarships can cover up to the full tution fees amount, depending on the merit of the student

Campus Life

3

My overall campus life is fine not that good not that bad. There are some pros and cons of being in banasthali as there are restrictions on your outfits you can only wear khadi in the campus no western dresses are allowed, there are various clubs in the campus that help us to grow on personal levels. infrastructure of our departments is expertionally good, we are provided with AC LABS, libraries, full facilities.

Admission

I have applied for SRM chennai and got selected in the IT Branch but i choose banasthali over it because of few parameters one of which was finance, banasthali is way more cheaper than other colleges i applied for and it provide equally good opportunities that other colleges were providing. Placements in banasthali are exceptionally good. No, I didn't get rejection from SRM Chennai but due to distance, finance and better opportunity i opt banasthali. Admission process is quite easy, just go to the banasthali's website- fill out the application form, they will conduct an examination for selection purpose that exam contains of basic merit based questions of your field, aptitude questions, english questions and you have options of languages to give exam in.

Faculty

5

the faculty members of Banasthali are excellent in their respective fields. They are quite supportive and guide us in growing and attempting different hackthons. The exam system and marking scheme here are also good. we have to give 2 periodicals per semester each of 10 marks, 1 semester examination of 60 marks and 2 assignments of 20 marks each, collectively 100 marks. Teachers guide good for examinations and also help us to prepare for our placements.

Night Life

2

there is no night life in banasthali vidyapith. we are locked in our hostels after 9pm and we can't go out there is no such late night party place where we students can hang out and relief our stress. In order to make ourselves stress free after a long working day we can go for a walk in nature as sky in banasthali is beautiful, or we can join some sports activities or GYM to relax ourselves but there is no such night life here

Other Applied Colleges

SRM Institute of Science and Technology - [SRMIST] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

because of the high tution fees and hostel fees

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.
