The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

A simple review

Likes

The infrastructure is really good and there plenty of canteens. the ragging is strictly prohibited at campus.
There are huge fests and events time to time.
there are lot of clubs and societies to join

Dislikes

the departments are really disconnected with each other, there is no coordination.
hostel food is not great, there should be improvement.
there is strict rule about attendence. you have to maitain 75%.

The college provides placements. and if you dont want to get in the job sector there is also the option of preparing for entrance exams for matser like gate, cat etc. and also you can also prepare for government exam, they prepare you for that.in 5th or 6th semester you become eligible for campus placement. a lot of major companies visits like jp morgan, tcs etc.

All about my college

Likes

The infrastructure structure of college is really top notch the college looks really really very beautiful all over greenery. The campus is really really very clean . Too much flowers are decorated in the college.
The academic of the college is also really very good . Our college is rated with NAAC++ also our faculty members and teachers are really good. They are really appreciable and approachable. They make sure that we understand every single thing
Our hostel is really very good the infrastructure of our hostel is also good the mess food is also very good . They provide us quality of food in the mess of hostel and also they provide GYM, TV, reading hall .

Dislikes

Dispensary system I don't like that much if my college because it is little small and also takes time while coming .
Transport system. We have to pay 10 rupes while travelling if we want to travel in our college that I don't like .
In timing of my hostel I dont like it's only 8'O clock they should extend it to at least 10'O clock

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

24-hour Wi-fi access across classrooms and the library for great learning experiences
Vibrant and clean campus with various student clubs including technical, cultural and dance
Numerous food stalls and cafeterias across the campus, also provide fully air conditioned classrooms

Dislikes

main academic block can get crowded and also campus area during break time
long class hours from 9:30AM to 4:20PM feels mental draining a lot
no short breaks can make it difficult to stay focused during lectures

Placement Experience:

Students at Chandigarh University become eligible for campus placements starting from the 3 year.However, internships and training opportunities are available from 2nd year to help students gain experience before appearing for placements.CU has 800+ companies ,offering 9000 placement offers were made to student across different branches.Highest Package is 55.5 LPA and general average package is 4-5LPA.placement rate around 60% to 70% After completing my degree is to pursue a higher degree

Chandigarh university is only the good option for laborious ones

Likes

The infrastructure of campus is good. Design of Chandigarh university is attractive
Sports facility is quite good and variety is on a different scale .
A lot of events and extra curriculum is available for the overall personality development.

Dislikes

Faculty is sometimes disappointing as they are not so good with students sometimes
The procedure for the leave is so exhausting and bad as it make you roam around so much .
Gender inequality is one of the major issue as girls are preferred more than boys

To be very honest, placement here are not that good because this college only know how to take fees on time but don't prepare th college students accordingly to the placement drives which takes place in campus

Likes

I like the college campus , course variety and exposure that the college provides
It has different clubs , for the overall development of students
College provides all the needed facilities, hostel safety is also commendable for girls specially.

Dislikes

Management is quite depressing sometimes, lots of drama .
Working hours of college is also tiring, it's like 9 to 5 job, self study time is adjusted
Gender inequality, hostel entry timing for girls is 8 pm while for boys there is no such timing, they can roam around campus late at night

Placement Experience:

College provides campus placement, many companies come in our college to provide us good offers , but ultimately it depends on student whether they are able to do it , pass the tests, or are capable to do the required work, has skills or not.

Chandigarh University - GOOD OR BAD

The main feature if CU is that all the classes are fully air conditioned. The campus of CU is neat and clean. The location is also good and the nearby tourist spots are best to go out with friends. These all things make CU a good option for students.
The cultural activities in CU is also commendable. One can achieve his/her personality development while studying in CU. CU also offers a good and vibrant infrastructure.
Hostel is good as compared to other private colleges in india. we get good amout of nutrious food in hostel mess, also the hostel is fully secured and ambulance facility is availabe all the time.

Dislikes

faculty: although some faculty are good but many of them lack experience, More than 80% of teachers are very young and they lack experience. there is no single domain of a particular teacher.
fee structure: the fee structure of CU is very bad and it is increasing day by day, it is ok if a person gets scholership but if someone is not able to get it then it becomes very hectic for the person.
over population: there are more than 15 thousand student in every year in only BE batch. this results in less opportunity for any student for there personal growth . also due to this large number of student the college do'nt pay attention on everyone

Placement Experience:

The placement of CU is good as compared to other universities. nearly 90% of students get placed in there end year of graduation. Many mass recruiters come to CU and take hundreds of student with them, this is the main reason of the good result of placement process. the location of college is near mohali which is also a good opportunity for students as many student get placed in the IT sector of mohali.

Campus is good and we can hangout with friends and can make memories
Some teachers are very sweet and supportive they behave very good like very sweet.

Dislikes

Guards are very rude . They behave very rudely
Some teachers are also very rude and they also don’t think about our future they are only selfish

Placement Experience:

If i talk about placements yes many companies visit to Chandigarh University and from ending pf third year i mean from 6 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Microsoft , Amazon , IBM. If we talk about highest packages the highest package is of 1.7 crore which was international and then 54.75 lakhs it was national and many more . My plans after degree i am bit confused but yes i am also preparing for placement so my plans is to get job.

Everything in one university

Likes

College provide lots of seminar and hackathons so the person can learn many things.
The college infrastructure is good with good faculty member they are supportive

Dislikes

There are some problem like sometime the college takes student as school student

From 5 and 6 semester student are eligible for campus placement Infosys, Tata, IBM ,wipro, amazon etc companies visited Highest packages is about above 56 lakhs and average is 7 to 10 lakhs 90 percent students get placed I want to further do MBA after my bachelor degree

Teaching method, curriculum, practical classes are not conducted in a right way

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester students are eligible for campus placements. Every mass Recuirters visits CU, any many other companies. Average package offered 3.5 LPA by tcs and maximum in our batch 27 LPA. 70 percent of students are placed most of them are placed in mass recuirters.

The teachers have good experience of teaching and manage students well
Placement cell is very active and provide good opportunity to students in big companies
Course curriculum helps in both personal and professional development of individuals

Dislikes

I personally don't like the diversity of teachers because all are from same state.
I don't like the assignment and course selection because it is too complex and no time for self study
There are a few boundation on students which shouldn't be in a university.

Placement Experience:

After 6th sem students are eligible for placement. Companies like Accenture, tcs, cognizant, wipro, fidelity international, epam, cognida , hpe, visited our campus and over 2000 students are placed till date.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
