The teaching faculty is excellent. they are expert and have a very good knowledge about the topics.
Scholarship will be soon arranged for the students who achieves by giving a test and is eligible for scholarship.it is important to be able to provide scholarship for althose who are in need .they need to be helped .
Students will absolutely enjoy their campus life as there are various fests, different days are celebrated and the campus itself is very beautiful to enjoy.

Dislikes

I don't like the faculty member of these college, also the hod is a liar.
The admission process was not that difficult but the website was very bad to handle...
Big line for paying fees, fees structure, no online payment available for many colleges

DES SNFLC is definitely the best!

Likes

Pune's ecosystem for education is best in country and our college has matched thag standard.
After SLS Pune, ours is the second best law college in Pune.

Dislikes

Campus is old kind and therefore some facilities too are old types.

I am still new and though I know that students here are placed even if not in large numbers. College helps in getting placements and intenrships both and those who does well in intenrships but obvious get placements. My plan is to sharpen my skills even more and for that I will go for LLM.

D.E.S Shri Navalmal Firodia Law College is a premium law college!

Likes

Not just in career but our college helps us grow as a person too.
Entrance exams are the only way of getting admission in Firodia Law College, Pune.

Dislikes

Internships and jobs provided here are less considering its a top law college of Pune.

Plans after getting the degree is to build a career in corporate law. Many corporate firms like Bajaj Capital, Bajaj Auto and others come to recruit students. Placements still I feel are less compared to SLS Pune as we are compared to that and here we lose badly.

One of the best in law

Likes

the college pushes you to grow as a person, further your knowledge and give you food for thought, the teachers are always ready to have a fruitful debate and the peers maintain a healthy competition amongst themselves, which is quite amazing and nice
the infrastructure includes a building to our course amidst the beautiful fergusson campus
The crowd is very diverse, one always finds their group and gang

Dislikes

the healthy competition may turn ugly sometimes
Because of Sppu, we dont get an academic calender
the administrative process could be a little smoother

Placement Experience:

The campus does give a good number of internship and placement opportunities, definitely there's always scope for improvement. A lot of students also end up applying outside the college to get a headstart on the placement season.

Affordable and decent college experience with good practical exposure

affordability and Scholarships, the fee structure is quite affordable compared to other colleges
decent infrastructure- the college provides good infrastructure for students
supportive faculty- the faculty members are supportive and experienced

Dislikes

limited placement opportunities - the college does not have a very strong or active placement cell
less exposure compared to NLUs - the level of exposure is limited within Maharashtra

it covers all essentials subjects required for a law graduate, the syllabus gives a strong theoractical foundation, some portions are still a bit traditional and can be updated to include more focus on recent legal developments

My experience in Dr. D. Y. Patil University

Mh college is Focus on studies more. They often organise various competitions like International Model United Nations, Moot court competitions, youth parliaments and many more. They conduct lectures regularly. And celebrates every festivals.

Dislikes

I mean overall college is good. If you want to pursue law. But the only thing I didn't liked is they don't have enough big campus. College has been located in little bit sub urban area. There's a whole building but law college only on 5th floor.

From my childhood i have seen my uncle in this profession. So their work and the way of work and their lifestyle influenced me to get in tk this course. And not this course is my complete passion. And my college conducts semester exam after every 5-6 months. And the difficulty of exams increase after every semester so.

ILS Law College - One of the best college of India

beautiful campus. Green and spacious with amazing connectivity from the city
Pune is a great city for students, in terms of opportunities and safety
alumni base of the college is amazing and placed at very good places and they are very helpful

Dislikes

course curriculum should be updated and revised
administrative staff should be more student friendly
some amenities are privatized, they should be made exclusive for students

ILS Pune has decent placements. Companies that visit campus for placements are as follows - AZB & Partner, Trilegal, Khaitan & co, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, DSK legal, bharucha and partners, Crawford bayley and Co. etc. Approximately 120-130 students sit for placements each year and 50& of them get placed each year. Students become eligible for placements in 9th semester, 5th year Highest package - 22 LPA given by Trilegal Average package - 12 LPA I plan to pursue litigation in Delhi and not sit for corporate placements

The professors take lectures everyday. there's discipline in taking lectures everyday.
I think some professors from 1st two years are really supportive.
Some professors are very good at teaching their subjects.

Dislikes

The administration could be a little better.
The professionalism in talking to students could be improved.
The students of the college should take their course seriously.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The law subjects and the fact that I can be well acquainted with the structure of the society and how most of the legal actions taken place intrigue me. It does prepare us well for real world application. I think they can teach in depth more. The frequency and timing of exams and their difficulty level is nicely structured.

A look into firodia law college Pune

There is diversity among the peers and such
There are diff opportunities for students to show up for like there are moot courts diff fests and stuff
The teaching and stuff is also pretty nice I'd say the faculty staff are pretty supportive the infrastructure is good overall

Dislikes

There's an inconsistency with the admission department
The admission department staff or the reception staff are way too ignorant of the issues

The course curriculum is pretty relevant to current market situations id say it is up to date for the fact the difficulties from subject to subject can differ from person to person but still it is pretty okayish

I engaged with campus life it is so improving to the students who are coming here from diffirent places such as from different states as well as diffirent cities
The students in the college is well behaved with everyone nicely
The faculty's expertise, teaching methods, and mentorship quality is excellent and very helpful for the students

Dislikes

I don't like about the college is if there is any competition in the college the freshers i mean 1st year students are not participated in it
The college is not notice anything earlier regarding exam scheduled and also notice of holidays
Students are not more friendly with the teaching staff

Placement Experience:

After sem iv the students are become eligible for the campus placements The highest package in d y patil law college pimpri is around 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 5 to 7 lakhs per annum and the lowest package is around 3 lakhs per annum the 90 percent of students getting placements in the college my plan after getting my ballb degree is to i am starts doing preparations for the cseet exam

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?

Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)

One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.

The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.

It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
