• The relationship between college faculty and students is quite good. • I like mostly the cultural faculty the most because the teachers are quite friendly. • The other faculties are also nice but I like the cultural faculty the most. • There are 2 semester exams helds in our college. The exams are conducted in proper manner. The papers are in the form that no one should fail but few students fail due to their behaviour.

Faculties in VIT are well qualified they are constantly forcing you throughout the semester to focus more on CPs (course project) and presentation as Vit is an autonomous college it focuses majorly on overall development of students through practical use of the concepts more than judging them on the basis there theory papers purely. There are faculties like prof. Dr. Vijay Gaikwad those will constantly push and back you to make your CPs standout also they guide you to approach the industries to sponsor your project. Also there are faculties like Prof. Ranjeetsingh Suryawanshi who will threaten you to maintain your attendance and judge you on the basis of your attendance as 75% attendance is mandatory in VIT. But as the CPs, Viva, presentation, lab exams hold a lot of weight your failure rate on the basis of theory paper purely is extremely hard. Still there are very few students like 5 to 7 in a batch who get failed.

The faculty to student ration will be around 10:1 which is quite decent some of the faculties are really good and are quite approchable Kumbhar sir, Pattanshetti Ma'am, Jibi Ma'am, Haribhakta Ma'am, Sunil Mane , Amit Joshi are some of the best proffessors for computer and IT dept. There are a lot of faculties that dont have that knowledge level and lack teaching skills which are given important subjects. Earlier there used to be around 3 exams per semester per subject now this number has gone to 2 one midsem and one endsem. Very few students fail the exams These exams are quite based on the curriculum and are decent to crack

Salvi and Patil Sir whom we fondly call bhau are our favourite faculties. This is a collective names I am giving as most of us are in the final year and have more or less have seen all the faculties but these two are incomparable.

The faculty for economics if highly qualified with a lot of experience. Even the younger professors have several fellowships and research projects under their belt. The student to faculty ratio varies from class to class and can be as low as 1:10 and as high as 1:80 depending on the classes.
