ILS is affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University hence it has to follow the university's curriculum. I think the curriculum needs to be up to date with the amendments and changes in the laws. However the curriculum does not really prepare the students to enter the world of practical law.

I have always been inquisitive about knowing our rights and duties as a citizen of India and for that I have choosed this course In ILS first two years there are only subjects of BA consisting of English, sociology, Pol science and economics each class consists of 70 students approx and there are 4 sections in each batch making of approx 240 students per batch The exams happens at regular intervals first there is internal examination of 10 marks then viva of 10 marks and the last semester exams of 80 marks in which 40% is required for passing each subject ILS law college is famous for its strictness of attendance 75% is mandatory.
Law has been my interest always. Faculty Student ratio is great and the quality of teaching is very good. The term exams are conducted timely and the semester is strictly scheduled. Passing is easy if you attend classes.
The quality of the facility is very nice. Teaching is quite deep and it's fun to do lectures with such a good teacher. teachers in ils law college have adopted new teaching methods which connects to students more than the traditional method of teaching
The way of teaching of the faculties is too good. The curriculum is set in such a manner that explanation of the topics become easier after reading it. Syllabus is completed on time. Only one negative factor is their that college doesn't organize a doubt session class.
It's pretty concise and elaborate overall. Since it's a 5 year course, the course is spread out over the span of the whole 5 years and gradually teaches you the syllabus and the application of law properly with equal parts of practical and theoretical knowledge.
The syllabus was changed just a year before I enrolled. The course is a dual degree integrated course and is really well balanced between BA and LLB. In BA we have subjects that will be relevant and useful to us in our LLB course.
Fee structure is quite feasible. When I was in the college it was usually between 30-35k annual fees for outside Maharashtra students, whereas it was even lesser for within Maharashtra students. The mode of acceptance is through cash, challan or even online. The college is transparent in fee breakdown.
Faculties were OK, not so good but lots of opportunities to learn law yourself, you can study in the library, very good books, lots of good competitions conducted. Teachers are not good, OK OK. You have to work hard
Above my expectations from a govt. University, the first 2 years of the course lay the ground work by teaching humanities subjects and law subjects are introduced from the 3rd year. The teachers are well qualified as well
