The course admission process heavily relies on an interview, which can account for 40-60% or 30-70% of the selection criteria, alongside entrance merit. This interview is vital, as even high-ranking candidates might not be selected without satisfactory performance. Interviews focus on the applicant’s course background and typically last 15-20 minutes, occasionally extending up to 45 minutes. The semester fee has risen significantly to 73,700 INR from the previous 20,000 INR, which included hostel fees.

There are no scholarships for B.Tech students, while Ph.D. and M.Tech students may receive stipends from the AICTE council based on GATE scores.
