The course and the curriculum is set in such a manner that, after completing this course, an aspiring Biotechnologist, or a Microbiologist would be equipped with all the basic techniques they would require, to build a base in the fields. The courses are in a credit based system, and the grading is CGPA based. The total number of credits were 121 during my course, it might have varied. The exam details have already been mentioned. The main attractions for me to choose the course was the infrastructure, the labs of the campus, both academic labs and research labs. The second factor was the BRITE Project and finally the college rankings. Amrita Vishwas Vidyapeetham is currently ranked as the No. 1 university in India, with a NAAC A++ accreditation. I am proud to have completed my degree from Amrita, the certificate value is also commentable. The Amrita tag easily fetches jobs

Excellent lab facilities which is required for my course. Well qualified lecturers most of them with a doctorate degree. A bit strict but overall campus is good atmosphere for studiying.There is no need to fear about ragging and all.Good library also.
