What is a NUCAT exam for admission to NITTE? What programmes need to take the NUCAT?

NUCAT (Nitte University Common Admission Test) is an exam that NITTE University uses to provide admission into a limited number of UG and PG programs, including but not limited to B.Tech, MBA, and MCA. NUCAT is an aptitude and subject area knowledge exam for the purpose of admission and eligibility for scholarship purposes.

What kind of research opportunities exist for NITTE students?

NITTE has various research centers, including the Nitte University Centre for Science Education & Research (NUCSER). Yes, NITTE has well-maintained purpose-built hostels available for boys and girls at all campuses. In these hostels, rooms are available as single, double, or triple occupancy with common/attached bathrooms; occupants have access to mess facilities, wi-fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security. Furthermore, hostel fees vary based on room allocation, fees are in the region of INR 65,000 to INR 1.5 lakh,s depending on the type of room with different amenities.

The year wise fee struture for the course Information Science and Engineering is 1 lakh per annum for KCET students. If you are coming from management quota means they have the fee structure of 7-8 lakh per annum. Scholorship facility is available for the students whose annual income is low. Name of the scholorship is SSP. Total fees for the complete course may be around 4 lakhs for KCET students and around 30 lakhs for the students who are coming from Management quota.

Year-wise fees i am paying(No Scholorship) is 210000 including Exam Fee which is 10 thousand. All the tution , causion , registartion etc fees is covered in 210000 . My Batchmates who have Scholorship are paying 130000 including Exam Fee of 10 thousand.

I came through comedk. I had to pay 22000 per year. It includes tuition fees, examination fees, university fees, labs & other accessories. For ppl who belong to SC, ST & having financial problem- they will be provided a scholarship but, they should be from Karnataka itself. Most of my batch mates are from KCET. They had to pay 50k semester wise.

When I had joined NMAMIT, Karkala, back in 2022, the fee with scholarship was 1.2L and without was 2L. However, the fee was observed to have increased the following year for the new batch of first year students.

Life at NMAMIT Nitte is like a home away from home

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fee for cet students used to be 58000 and some extra charges. And for comedk : 230000 and for management it used to be around 400000. They approve all the scholarships. Talking about placements wonderful placements at nitte well known companies with good package approach us. This year due to recession there are quite less companies but still better than other colleges
